I still found new dialogue I'd never heard on my 10th playthrough. Theres tons of crap you can easily miss.

Wish I could put that much effort into Mass Effect again like I did with Diablo.
Playtime has ~100 hours after two weeks.

Skyrim. 300 hours of play total. Haven't touched it in weeks because of touchy mods.

Meh, 300 hours is nothing.

Talk to me when you've wasted as much time on anything as I've wasted on WoW:

I know this convo was hours ago but I cant let an opportunity to prove I have less of a life than anyone else go by like that! ;)

I've got a question, if IT is true and the Catalyst is NOT the true Catalyst, then what (or who) is the Catalyst? I think it would be too easy to say that Shepard is the Catalyst but who knows.

CatalYst, with a Y.

The Catalyst remains what it always was. The Citadel.

For the people bothered by it, you WILL be on this list, everyone will. But if it makes you feel better I'M not even on the list yet. And I won't be.

Huh. Why?

(You'd probably consider me a cynic, by the way).

This is a Cynic in the traditional philosophical sense, bringing others back to reason and keeping them grounded.

Actually, yeah, you should throw me on there as a Cynic too. I believe in IT but I also want us to stay grounded and not go too out there with it. Use reason and all that.

EDIT: Also, Dreamgazer and I think a lot alike, so I usually agree with whatever he says or muses, not because I'm a yes man but because our brains are connected through QEC apparently.

The reason you two are not counted as Cynics on the list is because  while yes, you do try to keep everyone grounded, and that is an important part, you also wholeheartedly beleive the IT and speculate on that. It's more reserved for people who have something of a beleif in IT, but spend their time trying to debunk it.

Since things have slowed down I'd like to through a little something off topic out there. The other night I was watching the "Reignite - Mass Effect" video again and something jumped out at me. At about 1:23 in, the cloud mass on Earth, center of frame, resembles the RL 'Face on Mars' photos.
Submitted for fun, comment, ridicule, whatever. :)

@Arian Dynas - Thanks for the Dune reference, my favorite books of all time.
@Balance5050 - I'm with you. IDT to the core, till the end.

I'm currently wondering why there is apparently atmosphere on a side of the Citadel where absolutley no one would ever go visit, yet Shepard just breathes in normally as if walking on Earth.

And in ME1 they made a point to talk about that fact, and put on their helmets Posted Image

I also don't get it. In ME1 Shepard walked on the interior of the Citadel arm. Where did the atmosphere go? In ME3 he's on the exterior part and I don't think the Mass Effect Field covers that (what for would it?). I think during PAX they answered it with a Mass Effect Field coverage but it seems strange.

What about the IT and all the facts that point to something more just under the surface of what we see?

Is WoW really that good? If I were ever to invest so much time in a MMO, it would be for Mass Effect.

WoW is pretty fun for me at least.

I doubt I'd play a ME MMO. I've sunk my time into WoW. Thats the MMO I'm invested in. Doubt I'd play another, no matter what it was. Not that it matters, since I doubt BioWare would be crazy enough to release a competing MMO to SWTOR.

Okay. My accounbt has been frozen since sometime in 2010 and I can't really recall the total gametime BUT i think it should be at least in the three-digit days range too. ~200ish. Only have two level 85's. Priest and Paladin.

Played this game starting with the european closed  beta before launch and I still play online games with alot of my guildmates. That was about 8 years ago. Love these guys.

Crazy, huh?

Because repetition is unique to WoW, and all other MMORPGs arent repetitive at all, right? ;)

Plus, I've beaten ME1 and ME2 30 times each. I love repeating stuff, apparently.

Anyone else notice Illusive Man's eyes after you shoot him?

This only happens if Shepard shoots him...
If Illusive Man shoots himself, he still has the robot eyes...

He's not (as) indoctrinated at that point.... that's some pretty good attention to detail right there.

I know it doesn't even apply to this but "Bioware is lazy"

Always retribution.
Starting with the beta where a bug made cusader strike ridiculous. Continuing through vanilla with 50/50 retri/holy because it didn't matter, in a raid we were blessing bots and healing a bit a the side. And with the addons, when retribution became raid viable.

And I still respect my friend for insisting on tanking as a paladin from day one. Never changed his mind.

I have a strange feeling, that there's no connection between MMOs and the IT :innocent:
