Are you all PC players? No love for the 360?

This one is not so sure that any ITer's would be willing to play with it if it had the game on PC anyways.

You know the weird out of place train sound in the Control ending?
I've been looking at a little dream symbolism...

http://www.shirleyma...ams/article-142

Trains in dreams symbolize a feeling of someone else controlling your life.

http://en.allexperts.com/q/Dream-Interpretation-2204/2008/6/Dream-train-loss-ex.htm

A train as a mode of transportation is one in which you have no control over the route or destination. Riding on a train is sort of like letting life take you where it will.

http://www.focusing.org/gendlin/docs/gol_2169.html

A train: it transports and can take you somewhere, but you don't control its moving

http://ezinearticles.com/?The-Importance-of-The-Dream-Symbols-in-Dream-Translation&id=6886519

The train - When you travel by train in dreams this means that your life is following a known route limited by the trails. You have no chances to follow a different lifestyle or discover something different.

Repost.

Just because I think it is THAT awesome a find. Say what you want, but to me this is nearly as good as the gun swap. It just fits so perfectly within the scene.

It's undoubtedly interesting.  I remember hearing that noise a week or so ago in this thread, and thinking it's very, very strange.

I've been trying to keep too much dream analysis away from my interpretation of the endings though, because if you start tinkering with Jung's perception of dreams---especially in regards to shadows---you'll start really having your mind screwed with in terms of BioWare's potential intentions.

I don't fully understand the second reply from Jessica. Could any of you rewrite it with other words?

Interesting, the way I read it is:

There will be parts of the expansion that can be considered as post ending. i.e. The EC will include events after the choices.

However, the stargazer scene could be considered POST ending so it could just be an expansion of that.

I don't know who I hate more, Stargazer or Rieperbieber...

What kills me the most about Stargazer is that he says "many of the details got lost in time". Like WHICH details? Does that mean we are missing something (an ending?), or is the Mass Effect series just one of those games you played in first grade where you tell the student behind you a phrase and you get to the end and the last phrase is no where close to the original phrase.

Is the small print at the bottom of the sign legible with flycam?

Congratulations on finding a lot of stuff to support your cause! I guess it is plausible to say that Shepard was on the crucible, although from what I've seen you gather, not totally! :)

Have a question in my head. Why did we spent all that time improving Citadel's Defense? In the end, C-Sec, General Oraka, and all the missions done to improve their equipment, moral and chances didn't change anything. Yeah, it count towards total EMS... but what's the point to specifically name it "Citadel Defense"?

You can't even read it on the texture itself.

Thanks! And right it's not bullet proof(yet) but it's at least thought provoking.

Because it's still possible that there are some survivors on the Citadel. How improved C-Sec was might be dependent on how many survived. Bioware left this out, but probably counted on us asking so they may have planned for it to be explained through DLC.

No, one of them stated they preferred synthesis, but I am of the opinion it was a wind up.
