Have to admit does look like a really tiny Shepard lol.
Well, it IS a male human with a short hairstyle. Might be Sheploo.
Mmmm sheploo....
I see someone else had the idea that we should try to make a similar sized silhouette of Shepaloo and see how they compare.
... Wait, that's "Mmmm," not "Hmmm,"... Oh... I should go.

I only have one disagreement, and excuse me if I'm wrong because I haven't reread it recently and well Bioware is lazy.
I think Harbinger is motivated to create new Reapers to strengthen his power, not because he cares about ascending lesser organics

There would be easier ways to convince organic species to leave space for evolving species. Reapers simply destroy. There's no advancement there. Mordin said so when talking about the collectors. They are a tool, not a species.

Can't do both?
If he didn't, he wouldn't keep blathering on, perfection this and end of evolution that, ascension this, and perfection incarnate that, blah blah blah. I think even he beleives his own propoganda to an extent, doesn't mean he can't appreciate what new reapers do for him, perfection is the end, making more reapers is the means to that end.

No. No. I understood what you meant. But still there are different kinds of capital ships. I've never got any impression that they have a problem how to harvest species. They just evaluate genetic material beforehand.spotlessvoid wrote...
@ paxxton sorry it was supposed to say harvested into a capitol ship. Failed

Someone found a disappearing garden on Earth. The one where the kid was playing at the beginning of ME3. It's no longer there after the Reaper attack.Earthborn_Shepard wrote...
Anything new in the last few days?
Plus, dream music playing from the center speaker after Shepard hits his head in Vancouver HQ.

It could just be a foreshadowing that the Reapers will kill the kid
the dream music is nice but I don't see how it fits the IDT

The garden is reduced to a black square, like it was never there to begin with, in fact the shape of the building was different, as though there was no garden on the roof at all.

The music is a sign that the indoctrination is in progress. Just a hint. There's also a Reaper growl when Shepard gets up.Earthborn_Shepard wrote...

Or it might mean that everything afterwards is not real.

But that aside, noticed Rila (one of Samara's daughters for those who don't remember) was undergoing indoctrination but didn't have any physical signs of battle on her. Could just be another design oversight, but could be the Reaper forces were indoctrinating her through a signal of some sort rather than direct contact. A Banshee even impales her, making me think of the Dragon's Teeth method of indoctrination, otherwise why would the Banshee do that? Maybe to stop the detonation but it looked pretty surprise once it saw the detonator active.
So, assuming a Husk of some breed didn't find Rila and stick some sort of Reaper implant in her during a fight, left or died, we can then use her as an example of Reapers indoctrinating specific people without the use of direct contact, they just have to be close enough/have a hub such as a Husk close enough. Does that seem like too much of a stretch? Let me know.

Actually, hasn't that been confirmed several times before? The Cerberus guys on the derelict Reaper started hallucinating from indoctrination, and I don't think they had any implants.. also, Kenson...

Cerberus jackfaces had direct contact with the Reaper itself, being inside it and all. Dr. Kenson and the other alliance personel wer too close to Object Rho and likely got drawn in and hit by something similar to what we see Shepard get hit by in Arrival. Both cases have definitive Reaper tech to affect the indoctrinatee's, Rila is in an asari monastery, the only Reaper-anything are the husks attacking.

Recall that indoctrination does not require any form of reaper tech at all, merely the process of becoming a husk does, indoctrination only requires electromagnetic signals and ultra/infrasonic noise.

Whatever, I wanted to tell you guys/ask something. A friend of mine linked me an Interview yesterday. Got it from a spanish forum, already translated, so I don't know about the original source. In that interview, Patrick Weekes and Drew Karpyshyn, writers in the Mass Effect saga, said that every single writer was left out of the ending decision, being Mac Walters and Casey Hudson the only ones taking part in it.
He also mentions that some fans were right in something, the ending WAS changed drastically shortly before the release.
Overall, they seem quite angry at how things went, and they openly state they dislike the ending in many ways.
Have you guys discussed this already? I don't know the date of the original interview and I've been away for a while. I know it is still possible that those 2 planned a great plot twist secretly, leaving everyone aside as a ways of avoiding any leak... or something. But still, I found it quite disappointing. While IT is still "possible", I lose a little bit of hope every time something like this happens :/
