I've got a question about Vendetta when you meet him on Cronos Station; he stated his Security Protocols have been bypassed so if Shepard has been indoctrinated by that point would Vendetta's security measures to stop it from answering questions to indoctrinated have been overridden? I mean, if The Illusive Man was able to uncover what the Catalyst really is while he's indoctrinated, would it be any different for Shepard?

Dragging this post back up, I'm genuinely curious, but sorry if this was asked before/has an obvious answer.

Vendetta's original programming requires you to bring it to the completed Crucible itself before it reveals what the Catalyst is. Since it was hacked though, it revealed it anyway. 

I think the bigger question is, since Vendetta was able to point out that KL was indoctrinated, why didnt that cause Cerberus to snap and realize they were being manipulated?  And being that it was hacked, can we really trust what it says at that point?

Because we've known since Mars that Cerberus troops and agents are indoctrinated, and from the novels too, it's just TIM that thinks he isn't

You know, I hope that when the EC is released and if Bioware had truly planned out IT, then they bring out a blog post or something where they list every piece of in universe and real life evidence they put that hinted at Indoc. It would be cool to see what we got right and what we pulled out of arse.

I know this is quite off topic, but I just had to share it. I was reading some Batman, and in the issue, the Joker is making a film about the "Death of Batman". I couldn't stop laughing when one of the producer guys told him to lose the dwarf playing Batman. Joker's exact line is:
"Egads! I will not despoil my vision! Already my artistic integrity is assailed."

This just makes me think Bioware is really Batman's Rogues Gallery.

 OK, I know I said I was off, but something just hit me.  Remember the image of the red herring that BW included in its series of Facebook clues?  Well, it came at the END of the series of clues.  See what I'm hinting at?

Besides the disturbing imagery of destruction and death, another kid playing with the same alliance fighter toy, and Parliament getting razed by a laser while Coates is chilling in it?

Well, I'm definitely off this time. Think about what I said. Also, about the MI6 page, they're an intelligence agency. Maybe that's a hint? I don't know.

Edit: They deal with secrets, they're in London, they have to use limited evidence to piece together what's going on sometimes.  OK, that last one might be a stretch, but still, it would make sense.

The reaper reflected in the child's eye? No, that's one of the "Sovereign" reapers. Harby doesn't have a middle "tentacle/leg". Still, I think I see what you're saying.

Anyone else find it kinda strange that the lengthier version of the launch trailer is labeled the "Extended Cut Trailer"? I understand that it is, yes, an extended version of the original cinematic trailer. But that language ...

Well, all that stuff has yet to happen, with the Normady, Alliance & Turian ships, Shepard on the ground with Makos & Hammerheads...

And they also look like they're on the offensive, not just trying to get to a beam (or similar)

Yeah, besides that trailer teasing me with things I didn't really get to experience yet in game, at least I can take consolation in the fact that Shepard is badass enough to use an M-96 Mattock in it.
