I'm fairly sure we've talked about the person going behind the bushes before. Either in this thread or the original.

I'm pretty sure I saw screenshots showing Liara as the one going behind the bushes too.

The result being...?

I dont think we actually came to a conclusion about it.

Just kinda shrugged our shoulders and said 'Thats weird'

In any case... how do literalists explain that your squadmates during London mission are in the Normandy in the end? Can't think of a bigger evidence supporting IT. Well... in fact I can.

Slow down. They're still working on an explanation for Shep surviving a nuclear explosion in space and planetary re-entry with zero protection.

Truly "choreographed down to the second".

Just going back to this for a second, the kid changes to a corporeal form as the blast wave hits him, much like the carnifex turns into a predator when the blast wave passes through in destroy.

I like it! I think you just figured out what it means. Nice!

Wait, could it be Shep's love interest?

Doubtful. One of the vids I saw looked like it was Javik going behind the bushes. He's not a LI.

I read your views on the stargzer scene and your ideas intrigue me. One question though. Whats the point of the message at the end telling you theres more to come and to buy more DLC if the star gazer scene pretty much does that already?

Because it's not obvious (hell, it took nearly 3 months for someone to finally come up with the idea that it's a message to the players, after all), and they needed to put something there instead of just dumping you back on the bridge of the Normandy.

Are you saying there were actually people who didnt understand 'Ok, one more story' was meant as hinting at DLC?

I thought that was exceedingly obvious... :?

As a side note: the emoticons at the bottom when you hit reply should really stay in the same damned place.

Always takes me way longer than needed to find where the one I am looking for has moved to.

I know, right?  On an unrelated note, is anyone else wishing that BW would release a pack for single-player that would have all the multi-player only weapons?  I really want to get that Krysae in single-player.  Based on what I've seen, it's a beast.

And I want the Valkyrie, Argus, Chakram Launcher, and Particle Rifle in MP too Posted Image

Throughout the game and in the destroy ending I understand that predator = paragon while carnifex = renegade. What does the star child's ghostly form represent in relation to his corporeal form?

Well, after the Citadel was open and Crucible installed and place, it should be obvious that Shepard is alive. When Hackett contacted him. So, Normandy may have been landed on Earth, and took the crew to go to the Citadel and try rescue Shepard.
But when it all went strange, so Joker may have decided to run away from dangerous thing.

/speculation.

Trick of light maybe?

In the start of ME3 we got two things: a real appearing kid and a Predator. In Control and Destroy, the white shockwave restores one of the two.

I think the point is that the blast wave highlights the tool or "means to an end" being employed by Shepard.

In destroy, it highlights the gun as his tool, and changes it back to the Predator, which has been a symbol of good and of breaking indoctrination.

In control, it highlights starbinger as the tool that is manipulating Shepard, by momentarily changing him into the corporeal form he was in when they first "met".

And going back to the discussion about birds in the endings, it looks like Control is in fact the only one without them in all instances that I saw.

BUNK! Again. Birds in the control scene. Looks like the birds might tie into your LI, or Joker/EDI.

Let's look in the synthesis ending then, maybe where there's a shockwave? I find the lack of Starbinger in it odd, though

Then a few seconds later, a logical explanation was revealed.;)

To answer your question, I'll refer to the audio files on the disk that have dialog between Anderson and Joker arriving on earth "just in time." There are also files of Shepard yelling go get out of here in that same package. This can be heard in the deleted scene of garrus and liara getting hit by the reaper beam.

Bioware cut out the part where joker picks them up if they survive. Why? I have no idea.
