Shepard's squad ending up on the Normandy without us seeing how leads to the belief in IT. If it's explained how they got there, how does this help IT?

Because it probably won't explain that.... cut content is cut content.....

You're constantly implying that what you think is going to happen is actually what is going to happen. Just because your thought processes lead you to a certain conclusion doesnt mean everyone's has to do the same.

Is it possible that the EC will simply confirm and explain the face value of the events we see? Sure.

Is it also possible that the EC will in some form, fashion, and extent, affirm IT? Yes. If you wont admit that, and continue to try to get everyone to agree with your thought process, that just means you are being unreasonable.

Well, we don't exactly know where that room was, and how it was affected by blast.

Yes we do. Look up, the Crucible is right above Shepards head and there is open to space all around it. He is essentially on the underside of the Citadel tower where the crucible docks and guess where the explosion originates...the Citadel tower....he is at or extremely close to ground zero.

To put it into perspective. The nuke dropped on Hiroshima killed just about anything within 400 meters of ground zero. This explosion is many times bigger than the Hiroshima bomb explosion and has a force that allows it to rip apart Quantum shielded material.

Shepard has litterally no chance of survival.

Two explosions. First one blows up the tube. Second one is after Crucible fires red energy wave.

And Shepard was in the middle of both of them, there was no way back inside, the catalyst controlled the elevator that brought you up there and he dies when you shot the tube if he was telling the truth that all synthetic life would be destroyed.

Ahh but what do you guys think will be in the extended cut? Read the following:

"A related concept to the "Director's Cut" is that of an extended or special edition. An example is Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings
trilogy. While Jackson considers the theatrical releases of those three
films to be a final "director's cut" within the constraints of
theatrical exhibition, the extended cuts were produced so that fans of
the material could see nearly all of the scenes shot for the script to
develop more of
J. R. R. Tolkien's
world, but which were originally cut for running time, or other
reasons.
"

This is exactly what bioware is doing. Adding the deleted scenes back into the game and finishing those that never made it in. Those scenes will explain some of the holes that IT depends upon.

Directors cut? I thought we were talking about an extended cut.

A related concept to the "Director's Cut" is that of an extended or special edition.

I know...... another example could be "I am legend"

With the alternate ending.

Rigth along those lines. Except an extended cut of I am Legend would include extra scenes throught the movie that weren't there before, not just an alternate ending.

By the way the Alternate Ending was infinitely better than what we got originally.

Its not impossible to cut something, never to use it again. Many things were apparently cut from the final game. Even if they were going to bring some cut segments back I highly doubt the scene you're talking about would be one of them.

Or Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Directrors Cut. It basicly adds an entire subplot on the boy Denzel who was only a minor character in the original movie. Adding an entire plot is a bit more than "extending a few scenes."

The first one she still looks weird.

The second one is legitimately the first screenshot I've seen where she doesnt look super weird, and looks like an actual human being. So good work finding that one!

That's why I ask all of my questions starting with "If." I always ackonowledge that I could be wrng. It's not going to stop me from asking the question.

Also, can't the same be said about you and your thought process? You told me yesterday that in order to find clues for IT, one should have IT in mind while playing through.

Another thing I've noticed about your replies is that they rarely address what I post and are more about my beliefs in general and my intentions. I think I've made them clear numerous times. Can we please move on?

I'm almost near the end in another playthrough and during the last on-Normandy dialogue scene with EDI where she talks about the prisoners giving fake intel to the Reapers (the dialogue after Horizon). After choosing the renegade option, EDI mentions indoctrination should have reduced rebellions to almost none. Shepard then replies: "Maybe word got out on how indoctrination worked. And they made a decision.

One of the big parts of IT is that the citadel crap after getting to the beam is all an elaborate trick to finally get Shepard to submit to indoctrination. It all depends on the right decision. I was never big on IT, but after hearing this from Shepard. . . Well, the evidence is piling up and I'm finding it harder to argue against IT.

There arent many strong arguments against IT, to be honest. Thats one of the reasons I choose to continue to believe it. There are too many things that anti-IT can only dismiss as mistakes or poor writing, and when every single one of those so-called mistakes can also be interpreted as a pointer to IT, it just makes sense to consider that it is intentional.

I agree. First learning about IT I was initially enthralled by it; if only because it lessened the pain of the endings. But I quickly began to hate it because what the eff is wrong with BioWare? I pay 60-70 bucks on an incomplete game? That is complete BS! Considering I can't do anything about the money, I prefer to focus on how to fix the game. That is when I began to look more closely into the IT and the clues that support it. Honestly, there is way too much that supports the theory. Even if it wasn't intentional, it is the best route for BioWare to take.

I still really have only one thing to say about the whole "Incomplete game" argument.

It's free. Download it and get over it.

This right now is the videogame equivalent of a TV season finale that ends with a "To Be Continued." You just need to be patient and voila, it shows up.

You're asking pointed questions that we have no business needing to answer. Almost every question you've asked today boils down to "What if IT is wrong?" If you want to point out your beliefs, I'm fine with that. But youre asking pointed questions, and that rubs me the wrong way.

No it doesn't, don't you dare say that, I don't care if it shows me HOW they ditched me when it mattered most, my issue is that they DID ditch me when it mattered most k?

Just because they elaborate on the face value BS doesn't make it less BS, it's just piling more BS on k?

Dont know why everyone thought Carolina was dead.

Delta's exact words:

She only functioned for a short time, and not very well while she did. Having three minds at one time proved far too... taxing.

Nothing about being dead.
