The only things I headcanon are basically filling in things like, I headcanon that Shepard sleeps more than three times in three years. And that he eats and goes to the bathroom. And that Shep and his/her LI have sex more than twice ever. Posted Image

Well, yeah, that too! Not sure if that truly classifies as "headcanon", but thats just semantics.

More to the point, some things are downright impossible to headcanon. Isnt it Star Trek that is notorious for ships not having toilets? You cant really headcanon an explanation for why ships wouldnt have the facilities necessary to handle a basic biological function like going to the bathroom. :pinched:

Along those same lines, there are many things regarding ME3's ending that are "downright impossible to headcanon"......

.....unless you believe IT.

I dont know if I'd be able to do that, personally. I've never been one to go with "headcanon" unless the author has explicitly decided not to offer a particular piece of lore where I feel there needs to be one.

So for me, regardless of what I believe now, Bioware's say is going to be the final say in the matter.

lol - along with a few more conversations between single hookups every year to 18 months.

That is the one thing missing from all three games. Conversations, Show interest, Sex... How about Conversations, Show interest, maybe one or two more conversations, then sex... This isn't real married life for goodness sakes.

I agree completely. Certain parts of ME3 are unprecedented when it comes to the loss of control we experience over Shepard's emotional responses. Lazy Bioware? I dont think so. I think it's a clue.

*cough* yelling at Joker after Thessia *cough*

Did anyone else think that mission was very emotionally forced? Especially after the genuinely very emotional genophage and Geth/Quarian arcs...

Yes. Vehemently, yes. It was very emotionally forced. Thats a perfect example of what I just said in my post. Every time we have a conversation with someone, we have the decision to channel our own personal emotional response through Shepard in the game. In certain parts of ME3, we have that ability stripped away from us.

To that I can only say this...

Only the Sith deal in absolutes... :bandit:

Or, actually, I could also say this...

Ah yes, Posted Image "Bioware sucks", we have dismissed that claim.

Wow, doing what he does is really easy.

I agree, but it happened to fit my Canon Shep... because she's an Asari Junky. Though it's not all about mind sex.

I always play SP before MP. I quite liked it. Not as much as Mass Effect, Halo (especially ODST), COD4 (only 4!), or Crysis, but still good.

Why didn't you like it?

LMAO... I want blue babies, but common! It was not mind rape... was it? I guess we humans really wouldn't know, would we?

That scene alone make me want the clock tower to be in the breath scene. The gift was just weird, empty, nothingness... with a touching moment for friend/LI, if you can call it that.

And I got the story for the little blue children.

There was one time kids, we were at war. Well, EDI decided to flip out and I sent your mom back to the ship. You know what she did? She got amnesia. Had no idea she was supposed to check on and maybe help EDI out.

I really wish they would fix that... Just put her in the damn med bay and give her Adams' lines. How hard could that possibly be.

I'm watching the 20min Indoc video again, and on the side one of the recommended videos is titled "Debunking The Indoctrination Theory". I clicked on it, just because, and saw "Comments Disabled", so I immediately closed the video Posted Image

My brother just walked past me, saw that last sentence and said:

"If you want blue kids you can just choke them."

I'm scared...

Was checking the breathing scene and those meteal objects really drive me crazy. I've started to think they are not reaper. I don't know what they are. First I thought about a crashed Mako, or a kodiak. Now I also consider it being parts of a crashed gunship (there is at least 1 during the conduit run).

Posted Image

1: There's a sharp angle there, I think reapers don't use sharp angles like that in their technology (could be wrong)

2: Again, sharp angles. But here seeing it as a whole, it almost looks like the front (left side) of a mako.

3: More sharp angles and it almost looks like it is empty in its interior, like a steel structure of some kind

4: This is one of the big things I don't fully understand. Almost looks like a ventilation tube of some kind, with a grate (if you look carefully you would see it). Could perfectly be the ventilation system of some human vehicle.

Last thoughts. If it's a vehicle it would explain why we see "cables" in the scene. As someone pointed out lots of pages before, they are not only reaper cables, but the same kind of cable we can see in lots of places.

Maybe I'm just seeing things... but I thought I could share this with you.

P.S: I hope the image linking works fine at my first attept :P EDIT: Of course it didn't. XDDD

I figured Shep was inside it, hallucinating. In ME2 I was guessing it was going to clone her or something. Shouldn't touch things you know nothing about... and putting it on the table? It's bigger than the cabin when active. This didn't seem to be of concern maybe?

It's like the wasted potential of the trinket. Even though we get the idea it was Prothian probe, Prothian probe, Reaper probe - or at least I did - it still could have been done better, or maybe expanded on.
