Still not seeing it. The reason I'm expressing my opposition to this vehimently isn't to be combative or to stick it in anyone's face, but because this sort of thing has much less validity when you try to use it as evidence. It's smoke, a medium that shifts and changes and can often trick your mind into seeing familiar shapes. Even in a creation like a game, if you see a cloud that might be in the shape of a rabbit, that does not mean it was meant to be a rabbit.
Seriously, I'm not just trying to be an a-hole. Just about anything you see in the smoke that you produce as evidence will be seen as grasping by most people that you try to convince and anti-IT/undecided people WILL laugh at you. if you can match up SOLID lines in the rubble to familiar objects in the game, your findings will have much more credibility.

I honestly gave up what little hopes I had almost 3 months ago ... so this does not surprise me

You don't advertise your game had a terrible ending (if you take it literally, at least) by broadcasting that fact at E3. It was never going to appear there.
I'll admit, I didn't expect them at SDCC either. I thought they'd just show stuff via the internet, youtube etc.

I can see it clearly, especially with the comparison there.
But I will agree this isn't solid evidence. Its just very interesting.
Hell, considering people still can't agree that the rubble is actually concrete I don't think you could convince them it was Big Ben even if it was as clear as daylight.

It's too easy to apply symbolism in some situations to almost anything we can't make sense of. Bottom line is, I think Shep is in rubble pre London LZ. I also don't let fear change who I am. I am totally will to be wrong and will actually continue to try to prove MYSELF wrong. That is what testing theories is all about.
Where is the rubble then?
There is quite a bit of rubble in the Hades cannon area... bubble with rebar, tiles, gurders... but where Shep 'is' is likely not where Shep in the rubble is, if you understand. I just think they are close to where the Hades cannon is - which happens to be by the clock, which I have seen in the breath scene... not once, but twiced... as in it comes into view twice. The first time is not more than two frames and if you are not looking in the right spot, you'll never see it.
I've played 7 times. I'm on my 8th but the fan went out on my video card, so I'm dry docked until they send out a replacement fan assembly.
Someone flycam that sum**** and see if we can find us some reaper cables

That is more or less my point, though. As an IT believer, I did not expect them to show anything at E3. It made sense to me. It doesnt make sense to me that they would show anything at all, even up to the minutes prior to release, much less at comic-con.

See? This is verging on the same level of people seeing satan's face in the trade center smoke, or jesus burned into a grilled cheese sandwich. Personally, I see a face similar to the one from The Scream by Edvard Munch.
Those are human faces. What we're looking at is a non-natural image of a cloak face. And I can see it very clearly not I know what to look for. Just can't see it in the videos...
Meaning its a very well hidden clue, if that.
I can see a skull in the top left corner of the red lined border..... like the holes where the eyes are then " | | " for the nose.. but more teardrop looking.
Anyone else see that?
Ha, yeah I can actually. Its a cartoony looking skull though, hense is probably just a trick of the imagination. Looks like one eye is much larger then the other, as if its suprised.
well we could get a picture of Big Ben's clock and compare them side by side to see how much they look alike. May make it easier to tell if the image really is the clock or not, at least a little (I'd do it myself but I haven't figured out how to post pics here yet. most likely it is a simple procedure that has eluded me lol)

If you can put it up, that would be an interesting comparison pic to look at.
Got them...

And Hellish, the more I think about it, I like the idea that Shepard was knocked out by a shuttle crash right before the push to the Hades Cannon. The flashing on the beam run, the limited backdrop in London, most of the dialogue being made up of things we've heard other characters saying before, the idea that some of the conversations and Liara's gift are actually the squad interacting with a semi-comatose Shepard...
Yes, that one does seem the most plausible to me as well. It would solve the vast majority of the problems with London while creating the least amount of additional problems anywhere else.

We're certain it's concrete. But this Big Ben in the fog buisness is very "Jesus' face on toast" and really starts to make us look just like what the Literalists call us, conspiracy nuts.

Not sure that is it. Can't see the tower at all, just the clock face, markings and hands. No idea what the red markings actually are supposed to be showing - the tower isn't shaped that way.
Oh, and time to be all British... Big Ben is actually the bell inside the tower. So technically we can't see Big Ben at all even from the picture of the tower

Might be some comic stuff ... and it might be some material on the Mass Effect movie.
It could, also, be about upcoming content. SDCC's turned into a pretty variable spot in terms of what they cover.

I consider the infrasonic noise to be very compelling evidence, but I wont even take that outside of this topic until we have video evidence, much less the Big Ben thing.
I really couldnt care less what the literalists come in here and think of us.

That's because of pareidolia. You're seeing things because your mind is trying to match up lines. Yes, I specifically resized both images to match up the lines that were there in order to be as objective as possible, but there are still some inconsistencies with them. I also viewed the video several times with the contrast as high as possible to see if I could reproduce the image. It's not there.
