Hah. Still nothing about EC, still lots of time for development... and it will be just some scenes and cinematics for clarification? Who's working on EC? me? XD

Yeah, I just can't fathom half a year in dev time for 'a few cinematic cut scenes' and 'an epilogue' to provide 'clarity and closure'
Isn't that a 1/4 of the dev time for the entire game... and more for core work actually given some of the content may have been partially developed before the game was released?

Hey. I deserve a lot. I always trusted Bioware.
Anywho. Even if I'm still a firm believer of Indoctrination Theory... I'm going to open my mind to the fact that "maybe" we end with a face-value ending explanation.
In that case, I tried to think about why you see your crewmates in that weird planet when you end. I don't know if this is random or not, but in my last playthrough, both my crewmate were stranded in that planet. Maybe Joker come to rescue them and then they rescued you from.... eh... uhm... wait.... ehm... No sorry. I can't find any sense to a face value ending. I thought I could... but no, I can't.
XDDDD

"Oh you want to save organics? Why don't you put your hands into these high voltage handles into certain death? No? Then how about jumping down into this beam into certain death?"
"What's that on the right?"
"Oh that? Nah, you might kill someone with that and maybe even die yourself. You wouldn't want that, would you?"

Same. With all that was pure awesome for the majority of the game, there was no 'face value' explanation for me. I finished the game on March 8th and by the 10th I was trying to give a little hope to the Liaramancer thread. Something was up. When I played through a second time, I found way to may things along the way that made London make sense when looking at it with Indoctrination at the forefront.
I'm with Arian and Hellish when it comes to the reveal and our first blast through the EC. No matter what we think we know, there is likely going to be some twist or Indoctination elements that come to light that we didn't see coming.
Bioware can do this!

Very likely, this.
And even if we DID find most of the to-be-revealeds we don't know the details of the presentation thereof. So, say Liara, is indeed indoc. or is in the process of being indoc. then we don't know exactly what the impact is.
There will be an amount of awesome, since the EC according to Mike Gamble will be "more than just a few cinematics".

I was reading some codex entries from Mass Effect 1 about the Presidium tower. One said that the base of the tower had a docking bay for emergencies and which was used by the council to evacuate the citadel when in danger. So.... The base of the citadel is actually a docking bay... used to evacuate the council... I'm pretty sure the whole area was scanned, studied and protected by C-Sec... Everything is a little more weird than before... XD

Nice find! So at face-value, we would have another codex-
EDIT: I should really think more before posting.

I don't know. Everything is just weird. If there's a docking bay in the tower base... All that area would be under heavy security. I guess what I'm trying to say is that face-value has even less sense after reading that codex entry.

Still no idea. For me it says that the Crucible could dock there. There was no C-Sec there after the Reapers captured the Citadel.Corik wrote...

I don't mean that. The crucible could dock there, yes, because in fact, the crucible doesn't really "dock" with the Citadel, it just uses a power conduit. What I'm trying to say is that in the tower base there's a docking bay for the council, it's pretty weird that suddenly a magic console appears near and a magic room with magic tubes and handles which nobody studied or knew about also magically appears in the damn bottom, with mass effect fields projecting gravity in the oposite direction than the rest of the tower.... I don't know, it's weird.
