Hospital ending? or beginning? I think it has a high chance of starting in a hospital setting. It would give the writers a chance to play out the initial impact on Shepard's psyche in a comfortable setting that doesnt need to move at a quick pace.

I say no hospital ending but a wedding ending after a few months have past
 Shepard finale get's married to his, or her LI, and cinematics after the wedding, and at the end of the credits the Stargazzer sence is replaced with Shepard playing with his, or her children.

But if He, or she has no LI  Shepard wakes up at a hospital so there.

I agree, though I wouldn't have to be a proper hospital like the one on the Citadel, it could just be a small military treatment centre, away from fighting. Didn't Anderson say they used subways a lot while on Earth?

I must say I like the idea of the Stargazer scene being replaced by something different after the big reveal occurs.

Yeah it stands to reason that it would be at some impromptu triage camp or something, unless a significant amount of time has passed.

A wedding ceremony would just be way too over the top sweet and sappy for my tastes, to be honest.

They also say it could be a message from them while they're in the hospital, but from the way the message is written, that doesnt really seem to make sense either.

Also agree. Can't recall how many times I've said 'after (s)he heals up and gets back to work... blah blah blah. Have no clue if it will be on the Normandy, near the London LZ, or on the Citadel, but I guess that depends on 'full indoctrination location'

Keep in mind that these same people writing it off as a glitch are the same ones who dont "get" all of the in-game symbolism and clues that point towards IT.
