Hospital ending? or beginning? I think it has a high chance of starting in a hospital setting. It would give the writers a chance to play out the initial impact on Shepard's psyche in a comfortable setting that doesnt need to move at a quick pace. 

I agree, though I wouldn't have to be a proper hospital like the one on the Citadel, it could just be a small military treatment centre, away from fighting. Didn't Anderson say they used subways a lot while on Earth?

Yeah it stands to reason that it would be at some impromptu triage camp or something, unless a significant amount of time has passed. 

Yeah but... Suuuuubwaaaaay. London's famous for them, and it'd be somewhere the Reapers pretty much couldn't get you

I must say I like the idea of the Stargazer scene being replaced by something different after the big reveal occurs. 

A wedding ceremony would just be way too over the top sweet and sappy for my tastes, to be honest.

Okay then when Shepard is dancing with his, or her LI Harby comes in and kills Shepard's LI, Joker, Anderson, and everyone at the reseption. And has Shepard wakes up Harby forces Shepard to shoot him/herself in the head, and as Harby leaves Shepard's kids use the Normandy as a ram and eject out of the NOrmandy as Harby goes done.

Then 15 years pass and Shepard's kids go to his, or her grave site and then the screen fades into darkness.

I say anyone who wants that sort of thing should get it. 'choice'

I only have 2 Sheps out of 10 that would even consider it based on the roll play. Most of the others want to work as Specters, are so stupid or short sighted they will likely die, or were having a 'fling'. It kind of bugs me that the romance with Liara ends if you just want it to remain a 'friendly' fling.

Guys, if the IT will be true, do you really think after that brilliant waking up of Shepard, they press a button, the crucible is fireing nd the war is over? If thats gonna be true they messed it up once more. In my oppinion the crucible is still a Reaper trap and there will be an Add-On.

And my personal perfect end is, that in ME4, you play Shepards child, depending on your LI.
for example an adopted Quarian, etc
Of course you are able to choose your char at the beginning (like DA), but then you can't import your personal end from ME3.

I know but You got to admite to See Shepard dance at his, or her wedding would be prisless, and if you don't like that then Harby  is Shepard's prist and Anderson walkes SHepard down the iuall if Shepard is a girl and if it's a guy then he's the best man
 

Or opption two Shepard is about to die but his squad mates find him, or her and they all go to Rio and have a few drinks and they build a monument to Shepard all over the galaxy.

They also say it could be a message from them while they're in the hospital, but from the way the message is written, that doesnt really seem to make sense either.

Yeah, 'I thought I'd come down to see you today, if they let me', I don't see where that could fit anywhere in the rest of the game, Shepard is never in a position where that would be applicable unless I'm severely misremembering the game. Also it doesn't mention a hospital looking at it again.

Keep in mind that these same people writing it off as a glitch are the same ones who dont "get" all of the in-game symbolism and clues that point towards IT. 

Well that's a very good point. Maybe someone should make a new thread about it or bump the necro one to try and get a better answer for it.

The people who just say it's rushed and sloppy work need to understand that some of it is just so downright sloppy that it seems to be intended. I wish I knew more about the unreal 3 engine they used and the process in general so I could have a better understanding what may have been just glitches or oversights and what may have been purposely put there. For instance MotB (Mystery of the Gun)

I'm a fan of throwing the destroy pipe into the beam, that way everyone and everything turns into a hybrid of a pipe that you can shoot to eliminate all synthetics in the galaxy. Should buy us a few trillion cycles worth of peace before the chaos returns, or something like that.
