If they decide to cut out the choice at the end, then that could explain why they record only your original choice in the legendsave.

No. I think Shepard should live regardless of the degree of bittersweetness the ending is meant to have.

Sorry, I think Activision did that about two or three games ago.   I'll admit, taken on their own merits, each CoD could be considered a good, or even great, game.  However, considering that they really haven't changed since MW1, the value of individual quality starts to deteriorate.  I should give Treyarch some props, though.  It does seem that they're trying to mix things up with Black Ops 2.  I'm reserving final judgment until the game is actually released.

Eh, actually I never played it before. Maybe I would like it, I always enjoyed the Dark Brotherhood quests in Oblivion, and I like sneaking up behind mother****ers and knifing them in the back in Skyrim.

Maybe I just kinda like rogue-likes, idk, never really played any before. The theives guild in Skyrim was easily one of the most fun, even though my Nord was a literal jack of all trades.
