Heh, I haven't actually FINISHED it, but... YES YES YES YES YES!!!!  I'm not sure which one is harder, Halo: Reach, or Halo 2.

Without actually having played it, I'm fairly certain I can say with confidence that Halo Anniversary has the easiest legendary of all the Halo games, simply due to the Bandana Skull, which gives you unlimited ammo and unlimited grenades.

Yeah, that's probably true.  I should also point out that I haven't played Halo 2 on Legendary, but it's sadistic at times on HEROIC, so I figure Legendary is REALLY bad.

Edit: Martin O'Donnell once said that Heroic in Halo 3 was intended for people who were skilled at Normal in Halo 2.  That should tell you alot.

Edit: Also, the Legendary page on Halo Nation describes Halo 2 on Legendary as "Trial and Error."

Also could anyone get the quote of the letter of the guy suffering from indoctrination on Priority Earth? The one where he notes the people go someplace and are missing.

You can save before blowing the Hades Cannon and before the Thanix mission if I recall it good.

So no one wants to give me a little advice on DJBare's theory ?

I'm not sure which theory are you refering to. He said that the footsteps you may hear in Shepard's cabin are a glitch because when you use the elevator the game doesn't unload the sounds from memory.

I would love to just quote his short post of it, but I just can't find it, it must be some 50-100 pages ago. You should ask him, when he's here.

But in short, since there has been the tendency of questioning the existence of the whole Priotity Earth mission. What was real and what not: There is a view bobbing that some have just now noticed that starts somewhere during Priority Earth, the raining down of burned paper pieces which also appear in the dreams. And that's all before the beam run. But those were just two of the many things we found out and discussed.

So, with that in mind, DJBare, as the revolutionist and free spirit he is, he thought, what if none of London is really happening and Shepard is just running around the Normandy and doing stuff instead -- hopefully I didn't misquote him. That is all of course within an IT context.

I personally don't know if this theory is anything but pure speculations. But since London seems less and less real the more you take it apart, it's suffiecient to at least think of what otherwise might be really happening.

Yes you can.

If you couldn't, I would probably not have even finished the game yet.  I died soooooo many times during Priority Earth!:pinched:

So wait  the first time through you can't save? That mean something???

Edit: Never mind...

I was able to quick save a few times, even managed a normal save before the missile battery.

Sometimes I don't know where I was going with that. I'm sure it was important.

The minor view bobbing starts after you leave the FOB.

This coincides with my theory that Shepard never left Vancouver after hitting his head against the bench. The whole game is just a dream induced by the Reapers to persuade him that once he's awake he has to gather the forces of the Galaxy in one place.

So on a sort of unrelated note, anyone know how to make those signature banners? I was thinking about making one for the Dark Space Invasion Theory (not technically a theory lol), mainly for fun. but it probably involves photoshop, and I cant remember if this computer has that program or not lol.

Obvious view bobbing is present in the load out screen at the London FOB and during the run to the beam. Anything else I've failed to notice. It must be real slight if it exists at all... however, one time when I was really tired, I swore there was some view bobbing in Thanks old cabin.

There is view bobbing on Earth.  I'm sure of that.  However, it's almost sounding like it's on Cronos, too.

Edit: I didn't THINK there was any, but it's sounding like there might be.

I thought that may have been a possibility a few weeks after release; partly because of the bench in the dream... but that's a lot of game to just write off and one hell of a sophisticated virtual environment for the Reapers to create. I know they can read thoughts, but on that scale? No organic would ever have a chance to overcome indoctrination. You could not possibly ever know what is real and what isn't. Way to Matrixy IMO.

This might explain why there's virtually no sense of discovery in ME3. BioWare didn't introduce anything new cause after revealing that it was all a dream players would be disappointed and unhappy. Now the proper story will happen in ME4 and they won't have to bother about things they might have introduce in ME3.

Thanks for the info, I think I get the pic.
BTW did anyone noticed the warning signals above Coates and Anderson in the Mako just before the final run ?

BTW, there is always a bit of gun waver no matter what. Gun waver is not screen bob. To check for screen bob, find something to focus on at the edge of the screen and see if it sways back and forth.

Hellish... I don't think it's just James with the shared memories or feelings. Why would Javik like knowing the name of the person he wants to kill most when he has no history with  Kai Leng what so ever? I never take Javik on missions BTW, so it makes even less sense.

Even though I'm opposed to the theory, there is one more small thing to support it. Shepard never gets tired when sprinting and does not feel like She has 'weight' to her like she did in ME2. I did consider this Theory for a while... I still think the scale; it's massive!

You know, BW did say that they would bring back the sense of discovery from ME1 in ME3.  I guess the EC has to do a LOT.
