Another credit to the IT is listed in the Final Hours app. The section where they talk about the ending scene is called "The Perfect Illusion".

I really wish the Final Hours App was online somewhere. I have Android and therefore can not download. I would love to delve into it though. :(

So I just had a stroke of brilliance: dogs can sniff out stuff like bombs and drugs, bodies and stuff, right? Get this- Reaper tech sniffing dogs. It'd be like ****** hunting, except with husks and indoctrinated fellas.

Shepard is head of the entire allied fleet. Most have a vague idea of who Hackett is at best.

Shepard is the face of the fleet, but Hackett is the one directing the construction of the Crucible, and probably keeping everything from getting FUBAR with the fleet while Shepard is off saving the galaxy.  It might not be as huge of a blow to moral, but it would certainly be a major tactical loss for the organics.

I think I have it but have never been even slightly interested in looking at it. I haven't even looked at the art book. Datapad got boring really quickly too. If there were multiple variety of the same email you get from squaddies it may have held my interest a bit more, but it's just same ole same ole... unless that's changed.

"The gameplay team was still experimenting with an endgame sequence where players would suddently lose control of Shepard's movements and fall under full Reaper control. (This sequence was ultimately dropped because the gameplay mechanic proved too troublesome to implement alongside dialogue choices."

Hmm, full Reaper control. Sounds like indoctrination to me. Even if this isn't in the game (or maybe it is), the control and synthesis ending point to you becoming indoctrinated and turned into a husk.

Has anyone figured out why the last mission is called "Citadel: The Return"? If the dream begins before Shepard gets to the Citadel (which is why we find him on Earth at the end), then why is the last mission called "Citadel: The Return"? Some theorize that Shepard never made it to the Citadel, and the last 20 minutes took place in his head, hence IT is born. Can't figure out the mission name though.

Nope, but it is an anagram for "Altered truth in EC" and "Created Hitler Nut"...

Depends on how you feel about the Crucible. I have 3 play throughs where I sabotaged it.

1 with 0 assets to the Crucible
1 with 0 assets to the Crucible and no scientists.
1 with 0 assets to the Crucible and no assets that are not assigned through the journal. This includes weapon upgrades, fleet additions... nada.

Only one was under 6K EMS thanks to MPs N7

Guys, looking for a little more help if anyone would like to chip in. I'm storyboarding on the topic of diversity, and how the game portrays the cooperation of that diversity in a positive light.

So far I've got:
EDI + Normandy crew
Geth + Quarian (Once they resolve their conflict)
Huerta Memorial Hospital (Races showing sympathy for each other and using their unique talents to assist other species in their weak areas)

Am I missing anything major?

That first one is interesting, though it's probably a coincidence.  What can I say, not EVERYTHING is symbolic.  Now, if it had been an anagram of Indoctrination, then I would be more freaked out.

Krogans + Turians comes to mind,  dunno what else.
How bout the three Merc bands working together, and working with the allied fleet, but that isn't paticularly fleshed out beyond a side mission.

Yeah, I need things with footage I can use in a video. :P Unfortunately there really isnt much in the way of scenes depicting Krogans and Turians working together, unless I'm forgetting something.

Kal reeger - email support for Krogan.

Geth are working with every organic species providing support, not just the Quarians.

Every race on the Crucible... even though it's a trap.

Check out this post I made earlier today. The symbolism of the Salarian/Krogan uplift + genophage subplot runs even deeper than I thought at first.

In London after leaving the FOB you see Krogan and Turians on the front line but it's brief.

That was a very good read! And Padok Wiks really lends to it if he assumes Mordin's role, so it's a very strong theme there.
