BioWare co-founder Ray Muzyka has mentioned that we’d like to open up more in future Dragon Age titles, so now we turn to you: What kinds of things would you like to learn more about? Antivan weddings? Orlesian balls? The remnants of the Tevinter empire? Burial customs among the Chaisind?

What kinds of things would you like to discover and learn about the Dragon Age world?

We look forward to hearing from you. :)

Bioware, glad you could join us.
Ask, and ye shall receive.
What i would like to discover/learn:
1. Discover more Areas, that look different.
2. Learn what happens with The Architect and Corypheus(If you let the architect live and there were hints Corypheus survived).
3. Discover If you (or alistair/loghain) have a son with Morrigan, what happens to him.
4. Learn What happens with The Hero of Ferelden in the intervening time.
5. Discover if has Wynne died yet.
6. Learn what happens with the Qunari with one of their "pillars" dead(Arishok).
8. Discover what happens with former companions of the Warden and Hawke ( Sten, Shale, Oghren, Sigrun, Velanna, Fenris, Varric, Merrill etc etc. Awakenings companions are important too, i worked my arse off to make sure the fortress holds because that epilogue sounded beast).
9. The Eluvians. Learn what the hell do they actually do.
10. Learn Flemeth's plan, what she is and what shes up to(or at least some of it).
11. Discover how the Mage/Templar war affects your protagonists, especially if they'e on different sides (mage warden, sided with templars DA2).
12. Discover a bit of expansion with some of the quest storylines(qunari, mages.
13. Learn What happens to Hawke's sibling(if they survive).
14. Learn what Sebastian does if he returns to Starkhaven out of anger.
15. Discover if Vengeance consume Anders, and make him into an abomination if he lives.
16. Discover more loot. I don't want to have to save money for 3 ingame years and be barely able to afford a ring.
17. Learn whatever is continually refered to as being "Beneath Orlais".
18. Learn what happened to those Harvesters you see at the end of "Golems of Amgarrak".

Half this is probably already in the thread, and some might be unimportant. But i'd like to know this stuff.
Still no guarantee i'll care, i'll wait until the Extended cut of ME3 comes out.

rediscover the lost ruins or magically protected city of arlathan or another city from that time period or before

uthenara, if the elves of that time really didn't die, but just slept while their souls wandered the fade, why couldn’t one wake up? such a character would make an awesome party member or antagonist and it would be a perfect way to bring back the arcane warrior specialization

the mysterious history of the brecillian ruins

truth of religion:
- I’m not much interested in the glorified absentee father figure worshiped by the chantry
- is the dread wolf really flemeth?
- is the dread wolf the maker? they share a similar lack of interest in the mortal world and I wouldn’t put it past that trickster to lie about it…especially since he was trying to impress a girl lol
- are the old gods of tevinter the evil gods of the dalish legends? was Flemeth really responsible for their slumber
- if the old gods are really high dragons shouldn’t they be the old goddesses?
- how are the dwarves, who are so different spiritually than humans, elves, and presumably kossith, thought of by the chantry
- was there ever any truth to any of the other god myths like those of the avvars? (I think that’s at least one of the groups to whom those various codex entries belonged)
- the black city
- on the other hand maybe it’s best if we don’t have all of that handed to us on a silver platter, don’t want to kill the magic, after all

female kossith

is the realm beyond the eluvian the afterlife beyond the fade? the seat of the maker? the home of the elven gods? both? somewhere else entirely?

where did the qunari come from? another continent/island? another plane? why did they leave that place behind?

kal sharok, presumably deep, deep underground and difficult to access

sandal’s prophecy and his dream about a scary, old lady…Flemeth? is he in some way connected to her and the old gods?
- I would like to see the elves suddenly regain their magic and immortality. that would totally turn thedas on its head
- or does the prophecy refer to the dwarves somehow?
- who is “he”?

flemeth’s daughters

friends of red jenny

the significance of the primeval thaig of DA2 and the potential corrunption of the memories of Orzammar

the ash warriors, they’re talked about like they’re significant in Ostagar, but then virtually forgotten except for codex entries

anything Antivan or Tevinter

and please ignore any and all requests for darkspawn companions as I for one, don’t want to get the blight

and please bring back origin stories and the ability to play as not only a human but also an elf, dwarf, and maybe even a kossith
I really miss the replayability of Dragon Age: Origins

This, and I would love to see the conversaton wheel being replaced with a list of options filled with yet again with the rich dialogue options that were in Origins.

It would be better if they stop recycle the Mass Effect dialogue system. It belongs to Mass effect.
And I think that it has not his place in Dragon Age. One very enjoyable thing about Dragon Age: Origins was that there was neither a good or a bad path. In fact, your character was neither good, neither bad, he was between the two, doing what it cost to "stem the tide of darkness".
In Mass Effect, you had your own alignement, and you could do good action, and bad one. And this dialogue system participate to bipolarization of your decisions, but this bipolarization was not a part of Dragon Age: Origins, where it was your companions who like, or dislike you. I love as much Mass Effect as Dragon Age, but I do not want to see Dragon Age being transform in some kind of medieval-fantastic Mass Effect.

At the very end of the epic DA3 story let us have your new innovative feature: red, green and blue choice! It`ll add so much depth to the brilliant story of the game, that people will remember it for decades. Thank you beforehand. :)

In order of importance of what I want to learn and discover:

- More about The Fade, specifically the Golden/Black City
- Old Gods, Corypheus and the first Tevinter Magisters
- Maker and Andraste
- Primeval Thaig including Dwarves and their relation to Magic
- The Triumvirate (I want to see Arigena and Ariqun)
- Flemeth, Morrigan and the Eluvians
- MORE Benevolent Spirits
- Sandal (Don't even think about removing him... please)
- Ancient Elves and Elvhenan
- Both genders of all races (Female Qunari)
- The Chantry and the Divine
- Qunari Technology (Dreadnoughts!)
- Grey Wardens specifically the Joining (Details on who first came up with it and how did they find out about it)
- Real Darkspawn origins
- Crows (They are the best assassins but why is it that when I encounter them they don't seem like it?)

Now that you mention it, those burial customs could be cool.

I'd really like to see Tevinter and what's happening with the mage/templar war. I want to learn more about the Seekers and Cassandra, how their search for Hawke and the Warden is going. More information about Flemeth and Morrigan's child. There's probably a lot that I'm forgetting, but those are some of the most important things for me. I'd be interested in just about any new info the Dragon Age world has to offer.

Things I want to know:
0. What happened with my companions after DAII?
1. Calenhad and Aldenon;
2. Thedas after War(9:40 - Epic Mage Victory?);
3. Was Andraste a mage?;
4. Flemeth and her daughters;
5. Qunari society;
6. The Architect after Awakening;
7. Is the Maker just a powerful spirit?
8. Hawke's story ending.

 yes definitely a last journey on discovering who Flemeth and Morrigan are.
can we a new skill where we make explosives?
like if the game is set like 20 years after the second one, the dwarves have shared the secret to explosives and we can train to make it.
a new country out side of ferelden, across the seas.
oh and contact with the gods, a quest to meet and fight/fight alongside the Maker.

To keep my answer as short and practical as the initial question: Connection between Tevinter magisters and the Black City.

If the Warden from the first DA appears, do him/her older, but give him/her the look of the first DA.

There really is very little said of lands around Ferelden Expanding into them would be nice. We have vague ideas of Orleasians(They are rich and pompus people apparently) and Antiva(Assassins galore) History, i've always been a fan of history. Maybe at some point a true story about the creation of the main religion. In DAO we learn a little from various points about Andresti(forgive the misspelling) But going deeper into her and the movement she created, i'd like that for sure. History of the lands in general i guess. Right now there' sjust enough information to tease you.

- Factions and fame with the factions, meaning different companions, quests and ways to end the game;
- Status really hard to achieve, like becoming an archmage or even a demon;
- More classes/powers;
- More companions, but where you can not have them all;
- Choices and real consequences, influencing the history, people and world;
- Different endings that reflect your gameplay.

History and locations is up to you. :D

Something I´m also interested in: How did the (few) Magisters who were transformed into Darkspawn (after entering the Golden City) were able to grow in such numbers that they became a threat to all human beings?

my guess on that is that people were taken by surprise by the darkspawn and their taint, they didn't know how it was spread, just that it spread very easily and rapidly.
the chaos of the situation, lack of knowledge and unreadiness of the people would be pretty much the causes of this threat

I'd really like to know more about Griffons. Well, it was said they were extinct, but I think there is still a chance to find some survivors of those great beings. It would be just great to see one of those or - though I think unlikely - to mount one in the next game(s).

Another thing I'd really like to know is what Flemeth and her (obvious) masterplan are. There was so much foreshadowing (hm... Arl Foreshadow? ;) ) that has to be leading somewhere: Maric, the Warden, Alistair, Morrigan, Hawke... what next?

Also what happened to the Darkspawn and the Architect's plan to free them of the Old Gods' call? Is he too an old magister like Corypheus?

I'd like to suggest for new Dragon Age game a combat system more closely Assassin's Creed, with more movements of dodges, blocks and specially counter-attacks. The movements and the abilities of counter-attacks can be updated in new levels.

Obviously, it would be great to see some development of existing plot threads (Flemeth, Morrigan, the Primevel Dwarves, etc.) There was also an interesting tease about the Felicissima Armada in DA2 that would be great to see more of. I personally am intrigued by new locations like Nevarra, the remains of Arlathan, Kal Shirok, and anything having to do with the Qunari (more Sten, please!).

I'm mostly interested in the history of the setting. Who was Andraste really? What are Flemeth's ulterior motives? Is the Maker actually Fen'Harel? Those kinds of things. I like delving through old ruins with my companions, piecing together remnants of the past. I'd like DA3 to have that epic feeling again. DA:O set the scene and cast a dubious light on many of the established truths the inhabitants of Thedas / Ferelden have come to accept. I'd like some light to be shed on the actual truths behind the organizations that now have power in Thedas, etc.

... and I'm a big Deep Roads fan. The deep roads in Origins were perfect as they were, with the party far in enemy territory, uncovering ancient secrets...

My favorite settings would be: Tevinter, Nevarra, the Deep Roads. And a little Ferelden to connect it all back to DA:O.
