To illustrate, I haven't even played skyrim yet.

You are certainly missing out. It will first give you an erection, then slowly proceed to stroke you off.

YES!!!! I loved the way the characters start more or less the same at level 1 and only get different play styles later. The way I had to do strategies to get some stronger enemies, and specially the way I had to change targets so Leoric couldn't overwhelm me.

I am an avid explorer, which I did in ME3, searching for any hidden upgrades. Same I can do better in D3.

Nah, anyone saying that there will not be anyone leaving ME3, or only few people, and that D3 sucks, will probably be delaying for some weeks and end playing D3, or will leave ME3 for MP3,anyway.

I'll still be playing me3, but wont put so much time in it. Probably will play 1 or 2 games a day if i feel like it for the first couple months of diablo xD

And yeah i enjoyed the beta went through it with all the classes and the monk and the demon hunter a pretty fun. Only thing is, it was too short ~1 hour of gameplay if you explore thoroughly.

Absolutely. I enjoyed the beta and I'm 100 % sure the full game will be a million times better. The difficulties also seem interesting to me. The Skeleton King has 1 million HP on Inferno. He had like 1500 in the beta, on Normal. It's gonna be crazy.

I'm not leaving ME3MP entirely, but I'm not going to be investing as much time as I have into it. The occasional game when I need a break from Diablo and the sunshine hurts my skin, trolol. And when the DLC is released, I'll probably invest some hours into playing the new characters.

I'll rather boil one of my shoes and eat it with a tomato sauce. :P

Amazon.com just e-mailed me their 'Your Order has Shipped' notice for Diablo III.

Diablo 3 is not an MMO and it doesn't require any monthly payment.

Oh.  I thought it could only be played online like an MMO.

My mistake

Depends on what I get in my commendation pack.

If I get another eagle, I'll probably rage quit until the next operation, or until something's patched...or new content or something.

If I get a hurricane or valiant, I might play some more.

I play me3 multiplayer with friends now so I only play it when they're on pretty much. I will be playing other games while they aren't on, but right now I am going to be getting that game of thrones rpg and then probably torchlight 2 and borderlands 2

Well the game (me3) is pretty much dead right now, tried for half an hour to get a match in MP on all difficulty settings and no match was found, sure it's partly due to D3 but i believe the constant issues with the game, lack of fixes and most all of the lack of communication killed it.

I won't be leaving for Diablo 3 until the console port comes out. Future Soldier on the other hand... will keep me busy for a week if what I hear of the Guerrilla Mode and lag issues are true. Right now I left ME3 for ME1 and ME2.

Diablo 3 I'm not visiting. Too many things have been downgraded and cut out.
Particularly the skill-trees. Totally gone.
Its more MMO then diablo.

Nah, even when Diablo 3 and Torchlight 2 are both out, I'll still play ME3 multiplayer. I wasn't blown away by D3's beta and don't even have it preordered. I'll get it when it's a bit cheaper, though. It's still one of my favourite franchises of all time, but it feels a bit less Diablo than I had hoped.

Yes, I will leave ME3 for D3.. why? Because in more than half the matches I play I the connection to origin or whatnot (not the host, that much I know) frakks up at wave 10/11...

Once I buy D3, I'll probably leave except for the challenge weekends. Then there's The Secret World and Guild Wars 2 coming...

ME3 owes it's 3+ million sales to being a 3D shooter rpg...
being a 3D FPS (or over-the-shoulder view) is what they really share & appeal to similar markets, RPG is secondary .

..because the 3D action FPS shooter attracts a much larger audience than the limited RPG market

--the same reason Skyrim sold 5+ million copies & ModernWarfare sold 10+ million copies, Battlefield3 sold 6.3 million is their 3D action,

Halo & Gears of War sold 10+ million too ...Borderlands sold 2+ million...

Borderlands 1 & 2 is ME3's real closest competitor

Diablo3 will sell millions also but it's a TOP-DOWN RPG so different gameplay that's closer to Baldur's Gate, WoW, Gauntlet, etc, not a 3D FPS shooter where you aim using crosshairs

DIfferent demographics that will subtract more from Warcraft market than ME3's 3D shooter market

Honestly, I've just been waiting for something like D3 to arrive and take me away from this swamp of bugs and the spacebar punching. And, while Gold can be fun occasionally, I have far too few friends on Origin to play it with.
If I go back to this after I tire of D3 is another matter entirerly though, hopefully some bugfixes have been pushed out by then. :?
