Diablo 3 is for PC only, which represents 1/3 of the systems ME3 can be played on. Second even if every single PC player left...it doesnt affect me because I play on XBOX 360 so....what do I win?

I played D3 beta for about 1.5 hours and got bored. I doubt the finished product will be much more interesting

Will get d3 once I upgrade whatever it is that's causing me3 to freeze up every 15-20 minutes on PC (very slow SP campaign, doing my mp on PS3). I've been waiting for it for 12 years, after all.

I am disappointed there's no Necromancer. Diablo experience just won't be the same without Schmitty the Necromancer running around, turning valuable magical items into Iron Golems.

Guess I'll have to run Schmitty the Witch Doctor.

Probably will get GoT first on PS3.

Only thing I like on Xbox is that it's much easier hosting a P2P game than renting a server.

I might have gone for D3 if it had the DA:O approach on the camera, but it felt too disconnected in the beta from that top down view. I know getting surrounded might be trouble for a TP perspective but it would be so much more intense only having a limited view behind you not to mention being closer to the action!

However as it is there's a feeling of seperation between the player and the character, one that should only really be in RTS games these days, because in RTS you aren't directly controlling units, just ordering them. There is a reason the most successful action games are third person, and this is it.

I'm not leaving ME3 for D3, I got tired of the ME3 MP some weeks ago (we could really use some new game modes & more customization).

I do admit that I'm a big Diablo fan though, and I'm very much looking forward to the lootgasm in D3.

After single player failed miserably, I consoled myself with multiplayer. However, with Diablo 3 arriving tonight my bf will be dragging me along into hell. Sounds like fun. I just hope it crashes less than ME3.

You all know that Diablo III is online only? I hate that. I wanted to go single player on Diablo III. You have to log in the servers to play the game.

That reason i'm not getting it. And the fact that summons aren't useful anymore. Sure 9% of weapon damage is more useful on Vs mode. But that's all they focus on. Murder the pets totally.

Likewise.  You're crazy if you don't think the player base has diminished significantly and it's only getting worse.

If you really, really want Diablo II with prettier graphics, you'll probably love it.

To be perfectly honest I still find Diablo II LoD MP more engaging than almost every hack'n'slash RPG released since 2001. So the DII with prettier graphics thing, for me, isn't necessarily a deal breaker.

That being said, I dunno if I'd leave ME3 MP entirely. Play them side by side, maybe. Guns, for when I get bored of Crossbows, say.

I am honestly finding it harder and harder to find joy in the ME3 multiplayer any more. I'm N7 299 and without new MODES, maps, characters, & weapons - I'll be leaving this game to gather dust next Tuesday when Ghost Recon Future Soldier releases.

Uh, yeah. The MP is kinda getting boring now, I imagine I will play it time to time when all my buds are online, I never touch it alone; I play on xbox, so I have GOW and COD kids coming in and..well, you know.
