This is ridicoulus. I cannot believe that something so vital (this "social network site") would be left till the last minute - and left half operational.

Not only that, but EA is completely incompetent with it's customer support. They aren't even addressing my question!

I tried to register my codes I got from steam, it doesn't seem to work.

mine wouldn't work either til I realized I logged in with the wrong info in game. Now my EA account has a nonexistent email address linked to it

I completely agree. My game is registered, (I have a PC CE version) but when I click "Downloadable Content" in the main game menu, it just takes me to a big window that only shows me The Stone Prisoner for 1200 points, whatevertheHell THAT means. Well, when you click "Redeem Code" like my D2D website told me to, it takes me OUT of the game, and to the BioWare social website, which is nuts. Once there, it made me finish finalizing my Profile account; fine. Then it takes me to a blank, black menu screen for my profile, with a few tiny options on the left bar. I finally found, in the Profile drop-bar, something called "Redeem Promo Code". Well, I typed in the Dalish Ring and Memory Ring code (reading the warning that it can only be used once, so make sure you're logged in!). Well, right at the bottom of my Dragon Age game screen, it says I'm logged in with the correct Email address account. So, I type in the code, and it says "Promo Code Successfully Redeemed", or whatever. However, nothing in the download-content screen has changed. It's still The Stone Prisoner for 1200 points. I tried refreshing. Nothing. What. The. HELL.



Pick up the ball, FAST, guys. EA has a horrific reputation for screw-ups.

Yeah. This is crap. The old boards worked just fine. Now I also can't redeem all my bonus junk, and I also get no response from EA CS.

My two Steam codes worked during submission, but it so far it seems they did not actually add the DLC to my account.

I havve the DVD version from a brick n mortar store.



I plugged in the DL content code I have and it did not work for me either.

Their system is a cluster fck.

Someone should be fired for the design.

i punched in my redeem codes the message said that it was successful, but I don't have my bonus items in my inventory

Hey folks, is this statement for all versions of the game (PC/PS3/360)?

I managed to get the DLC to work by going to the "redeem promo code" selection in the profile drop down that Zachariah mentioned earlier and entering my codes.  Then I logged out of EA inside the game and relogged in.  At that point my DLC started to download automatically.  Hopefully this works for others.

I am unable to register the game, i got the product key in the first email i got from EA. When i try to register the game on this site it says Game successfully registered! but when i try to look at my games it shows that i dont have anything registered or any game linked to this account.

no...they are most certainly not working now.

same deal here. I put in the codes and they don't work. Two of them were said to be successful but they havent appeared in the game at all Only thing I've been able to unlock is the Shale DLC

When I launch the game EA's broken activation says they can't activate the game, and when I add my serial it says my serial was already used...and I'm logged in the correct account.



EA deserves to die.
