Same problem here, STILL so much for working. I dont even see a option to buy Stone Prisoner or Warden's Keep in the Download menu. Somebody really made a huge god**** mistake with this launch.

Guys, calm down. When I entered my DLC codes they didn't do anything at first either.
I waited a few hours and ding! They're in my download list.
They just take time to activate.

I'm also unable to see the DLC ingame, tried logging out and back into account ingame as another person said and nothing.

I've had the same problems... I redeemed my code (Blood Dragon Armor) and it appeared in DLC but fails to download... I retry and still fails.

Then I logged out of EA inside the game and relogged in. At that point my DLC started to download automatically. Hopefully this works for others.

Hello when i downloaded dragon age it was working perfectly and then it broke so i reinstalled it and it worked again and now i cant put the codes back in

it was the redeem codes and now i try to enter them and it sais thats already been used and i know its already been used BY ME!!!!!! so i should be able to enter it again after it breaks shouldnt i?

I try to register with the registration key. But, it says CODE IS NOT VALID FOR GAME file:///C:/DOCUME%7E1/ADMINI%7E1/LOCALS%7E1/Temp/moz-screenshot.jpg !!! Has anyone have new registration key

@random characters: Redeem codes can be used once and once only. You may as well them out after use. If you did use them once and was able to get the DLC without problems, the DLC should be immediately available from within the game regardless of how many times you reinstall -- as long as you are logged into the EA account to which the DLC has been associated.
@naufal23: If you own a console version, the code is the UPC code on the back of the box, under the barcode, and it is 12 or 13 characters in length depending on your geographic location. For PC versions it is on the back of the manual. Do not use dashes. If you are certain you are entering it correct, try again a few times later; it seems to time out with some frequency.

I use my codes in "dragonage.bioware.com/redeem" and it appears like if someone had already used them! (I bought the game from a store and it is not used, it's new) would somebody help me?

an important item to remember is that you need to enter ALL digits on the UPC, even the ones off on the far right and left. That's what held me up.naufal23 wrote...

Ohh, problem solved... dunno how but the content was already downloaded (ingame)... Sorry for the bother, and if you have the same problem i have, check ingame (although at first it wasn't downloaded, but one day i checked out and it was... MAGICAL!)

I've created the account on social.bioware .. registered my PC version of the game, started the game and logged in to redeem the 2 free codes i have.. now i got the redeemed codes in my account but the game still do not download anything and i don't have the dragon armor.

I've installed the game on my last computer (that died) and I'm logged into the same account (on new comp) I unlocked the Shale content for, but not it won't recognize my account has the content unlocked, and now it's saying the code to redeem the content is already used... Yes.... By Me... Is this being ignored or is there a way to get what I paid for?

@ Kauric: The code can be used only once. After that the content is tied to the account (you can see the content you're entitled to here: http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php). If the DLC is in your registered game promotions, but you have problems with downloading and installing it automatically after you log in the game to your account or if it became unathorized, it's probably because the DAUpdater doesn't work as it should.
Have you checked the stickies in the PC tech support forum?

For DLCs being unauthorized: Dragon Age DLC In-Game Errors FAQ
If those don't help, you can do a search here (remembering that the search function searches only through titles and gives 52 oldest results) or through Google with results limited to this site (add site:social.bioware.com before your search parameters) - there have been many threads with different solutions to your problem (I assume your DLC is unathorized, the Downloadable Content tabs in game are blank or the download/installation process isn't working - if your problem is different, you'll have to describe it for others to help you).
If nothing here works, you have to go to EA for the official support.
