 Keyboard controls? What keyboard controls? It's all mousing.

ETA: I'm not sure how much of this you've already got but here goes. Click ahead of the Normandy in the direction you want to go and the Normandy moves in the direction for as long as you hold the mouse button down. Inside a solar system this uses no fuel, outside in the local cluster fuel is used to get between solar systems. In a system you go to a planet by mousing your way there (right through the middle of the sun if you feel like it) and clicking Enter Orbit when the option pops up. Ditto spacecraft and space stations except it says Dock. Ditto mass relays except it says Plot Mass Relay Jump or something and then zooms out to the whole galaxy and relay network. Outside when you're in the local cluster mouse your way to a system you want to go to and cleck Enter System when you get the option, and be careful to go in as straight a line as possible and not overshoot because of the fuel thing. Planet scanning is done by holding down the right mouse button and moving the sensor target thingummy all over the planet looking for peaks to appear on the resource meter, picking up the resources is done by a left click while still holding the right mouse button down to fire a probe to where the resources are. There's a back button you can click to leave the scanning screen. Off the top of my head the only keyboard involvement is hitting the Esc key to get you back in the Normandy's CIC.
