It's understandable for those threads to pop up if it's delayed UNTIL a moderator posts about it. Then there should be no reason that anyone doesnt know why theirs hasnt come yet.

No, I would say one should assume its been delayed until proof of otherwise. So I guess that means it's never OK to ask.

Well. The OP called for a prediction right? Just because the community is in-line with my prediction, that should say enough about how screwed up this MP really is.

If everyone, who isn't new, pretty much expects this to go like this after every event then what is the point to all of the whining when it does happen? Can I whine if it doesn't happen? I have another prediction there.... if all goes smoothly... there will be at least ONE thread whining about it.

Why do people whine despite expecting it to be delayed? The fact that everyone expects BW to screw it up again is reason enough to complain. Their apparent inability to get their act together and fix the problem is why we need to keep complaining untill they do fix it. Because problems never get fixed if no one complains about it.

Depends on who screws up what 1st.

Will EA's download servers go down?

Will EA's authentication servers go down?

Will BW add a few to many ones/zeros?

Will BW reopen a backdoor that will open up to new exploits?

Will they delay the packs where some people not even receive their com packs?

We'll have to wait till tomorrow at 8pm EST/5pm PST!

Confused me yesterday as well, the blog says Monday the 14th at 5:00 PM PST though, while the forums say "May 13th" (with literally no additional information as to the time).

no, some people will get thier paks thurs/fri, which will glitch and then nobody will get any paks after that, until they "fix" it, and then half the people remaining will get 1 of the 2 packs, the rest will get nada.

Man, this forum is just SO salty and cynical sometimes!

We did it. Or we didn't. For those that did, you're getting something free. FREE. So what if you have to wait a few days? Yes, I understand some wait longer than others - I'm consistently one of them - but let's face it, BioWare has been bending over backwards not only to please an overly-sour fanbase over their opinion of the ending (which, remember, we're all waiting for that too) or whatever other bugs/gameplay issues arise, but they're also consistently GIVING out things they could easily charge us for.

Perhaps people just WANT to be unhappy?

what's free about it? I paid $70 to play this game, and I did it for the MP, still haven't even finished half of the SP.

I don't mind waiting a couple days, but waiting, and then not getting what I'm supposed to, and then the whole game is broken for a day, and then they string me along a few more days with "working on it" then I STILL don't get the paks, then suddenly threads disappear and nothing is said about it ever again...

Higher target amount =/= more time needed. PS3 players are now included in the event which = more players killing banshees.

Back to the OP, I stopped caring about if I get the packs or not after the last operation. Never got my commendation pack even after multiple chats with EA support which they told me each time that they added the pack to my account. Sure it would be nice to get, but I won't hold my breath on getting it.
