So anti-krogite, anti-gethite, and now an edi hater. Who's next on your list OP?

I call dibs on the Yagh, Salarians and Asari. :wizard:

You can have the Salarians and Asari because they are perfectly upstanding and admirable races, so I have nothing to say of them.

Dude are you serious? I normaly stand up for the asari on these forums because they get an unfair amount of crap thrown at them but they are far from innocent, would have been nice knowing about that beacon on thessia right when the reapers showed up.  As for the salarians those idiots were going to uplift the yahg (that has disaster written all over it and there were a number of other shady things the stg was up to, not that I begrudge because everyone else tries to do the same kind of things but they are the master manipulators of the galaxy).

If the galaxy is so weak that it allows itself to be mainpulated, then it is deserved. I perfectly accept the uplifting of the Yahg as long as the Salarians are able to control them as a subservient race. Perhaps with electric collars, or neural implants?

Because the salarians are so good at controlling those they uplift, yeah the salarians have never made any boneheaded moves in the past.  Wait how did the rachni wars and krogan rebellions start again?

They made mistakes in the past, which they've now learned from. Any other race would have gotten it wrong. But with Mordin's aid, now since the genophage cure was successfully sabotaged, they can uplift these barbaric races and use them for the purposes of civilization.

Or they could leave them alone and let those races evolve.  You know who else tries to control the evolution of other societies?  The reapers,  I guess you admire them as well right?

The Reapers are an admirable enemy, but since we are not weak nor uncivilized, like the Krogan, Yahg, and Vorcha, we make a good match for them, and the best races will triumph in the end, or they will perish.

Ok just because they are powerful and kind of cool to look at doesn't mean the reapers are admirable,  they have offed trillions countless times over.  They are cool to  look at though.  Everytime I start a new playthrough I pull up the power wheel to so I can pause the game and stare at them.  I always took my time on that reaper IFF mission in ME 2.

One can not look at their ability to defeat thousands of races of barbarians in comparison to them, and their destruction of trillions of those brutes without a measure of wonder and awe.

Yeah. Why. I don't understand the decision to make her a squadmate. Plus. If you are going to design an efficient AI shell, wouldn't you make sure it doesn't defy the laws of physics and would enhance speed, balance, agility, etc? Nope.

I'd heard beforehand vaguely that EDI was going to get a robot body in ME3 but I had figured that it was going to be a special geth unit, similar to Legion's body, that she'd commandeer. It never even crossed my mind that she'd use Core's body, I initially thought Core started back up and had attacked EDI's AI core, until I walked into the AI Core and she walked up to Shepard all nonchalant and whatnot, while I just sat dumbfounded in front of my screen trying to articulate what I was seeing.

I actually found it quite strange that Shepard just took it in stride when I would have been like, "Wha...........wha...how di...when d...hwah? EDI, you took....how is this possible?! Why is everyone just going along with this?! EDI has a body! And is just....totally nonchalant about it. Ah forget it. Get to the bridge while I roll on the floor until the disbelief passes."

Me too! Shepard seeming ambivalent to everything and everyone was apparently a running theme throughout the game.

And, really. If you absolutely must give her a body and make her a squadmate, make it BAD ass! Not hot ass!
