This screen will pop up right after a multiplayer match loads. Once you see it pop up it will keep poping up every match that starts and will stay on that for least 15 minutes before saying you lost connection to the match in till you exit the whole game by going to dashboard and start it back up. I havent had this happen in till past week and it gets really annoying.
