And if you actually have worked in the gaming industry before, you know that most places want testers to have a BS just to sit on their ass and play a game all day just to find bugs and glitches.

Yes I have, having a degree depends on the company and what you do, some places it's just very low pay, I think alot has to do with how well you can write the bug,
