No. I can't recall Bioware ever releasing commendation packs before 5 PM Tuesday, and especially since the past two weekend events there were bugs and issues, they're probably gonna take some extra time to make sure that the process goes smoothly. Just be patient and wait, considering how they never gave an official release time you can't complain that they're being "delayed" or whatever.

I had an odd bug with my Commendation Pack. I was told that it was for an N7 Weapon, but I ended up with a crappy Eagle, not a Black Widow or Wraith. Has anyone else had this problem?
