Thank you for the link. I had heard we needed to click on a link this week to get the pack. I actually got 2 packs when I clicked. Maybe another bug?

I'm pretty sure they'll go out later today as long as you got a full extraction. That means everyone had to be in the extraction so for the whole 2 minutes period.
The trick was to already be near the extraction zone before the end of Wave 10.
