1 or 2 days after the event ends. it ended on sunday so we'll get it tonight (or for me, tomorrow)
oh and be aware of the i-didn't-get-the-pack problem
If you don't have it tomorrow or even thursday, you can start complaining. Till now, nobody received the pack

User "BYC" said everyone got it but me. I think this is unfair.

Unfortunately, packs are not issued immediately upon completion. Bioware will gather all the data after the mission is over, then about a day or two later start awarding the comm packs to everyone that completed the individual goal and victory packs to everybody if the community goal was met. Typically people will start to see their packs tonight (not everyone though). Typically I see my packs on Wednesdays. So, be patient and you will get your packs soon.

It's fair for the majority.  Take one for the team.  Think about it this way.  This won't happen to you again.  What the odds for that?
