The dude was trolling from the start, but just so i can participate....
Pacs are awarded for full extraction on gold. After the event ends, BW goes over the numbers. separates the cheaters, opens the phone books, validates the accounts, it does that 4-6 times just to be save its validated as it should be. And after that 5 employees tops, go and start delivering packs one by one to all 300k participants. That is why the packs come almost right after the event (usually in 2-5 days).
