Yep effectively the clip compactor turns a gun into a grenade creator. Creating an extra source of grenades you can make. Trade off being not using the gun to kill and the weight.

Ultra-light materials for all weapons! Clip and ammo mods for all weapons. Smoke-piercing sight mods for all weapons. Heat-vision.

Mod Expansion - Gives a total of 3 mod slots on the weapon (adds two, uses 1). One level, can be ultra-rare, but I'd like rare better.
Could also just be an unlock card, since, come on, who WOULDN'T use that every time?
