Isn't these type of videos just a way to set up disappointment? Or, if the IT is not directly disproved by the EC, a way to keep hope up and deal with something by imagining that what we saw happen did in fact not happen?

Does anyone really think they would release an unfinished game like that? Without a finale after the "indoctrination-dream-trail"? Nope.

Ea was rushing them SO YES ea doesnt care about game quality they care about money

The ec isnt going to disprove the IT that has been stated NUMEROUS TIMES

I guess for most followers and believers of the IT, its more about it being proved in the EC rather then it not being disproven. Otherwise there will be no closure.

Pretty big problem around 33:00. If your EMS is low enough to kill off two squadmates, then you do not see anyone get off the Normandy at the end.  Video implies that you see dead squadmates at the end.  You do not.

I said the same thing in youtube comments and someone said theres a middle ground where you can see squaddies die and also see them come out of the ship. No idea if true or not, but in the grand scheme of things I'll let it slide.

This was exhaustedly tested to try to get EDI to appear after picking destroy.  The attempt was made to make EDI one of only 2 surviving squad members at the end of ME3, pick destroy, and see who comes out of the shuttle.  Unfortunately, at the end you always have Vega, Liara, and EDI.  In order to kill one (or two) of them off, you have to get them killed during the run to the beam.  The only way to do that is to tank your EMS, which if you do, no one comes off the Normandy in Eden.  If you don't tank your EMS, Vega and Liara come off the shuttle, but you don't get to see their bodies on Earth.

I don't think IT is true, but that video made me want IT to be true, just because it's so nice and rational, makes sense mostly and is a fun little idea.

I respect your opinion, I agree it's well made and a fine headcannon (AKA fanfic) ... but rational is_not_ a word I'd use: Manuipulative, half-truths, falsehoods, sin-by-omission, begging the question are all words I'd use.

Can you disprove it? Nope, because you would be doing the same thing.
Its just a fun fan fiction that is actually better than what bioware originally came up with it.

Of course not, it's going to _completely ignore_ I.T. which means no "actual-wake-up-from-destroy-and-defeat-the-reapers" ending.

Which means it was never intended by Bioware and doesn't actually provide us with a better ending, it provides us with _no_ ending. You don't need to "disprove" I.T. because it is _false by default_ you just need to ignore it.
