I'd definitely like a "part 2"/follow up video. I enjoyed your documentary, so I'd enjoy a 2nd video too.

TIM was probably infected by the reaper nanites. over time getting worse. But he was too far away from reapers before so could resist. when he gets the collector base or when the reapers come back..thats when he goes all out indoctrinated.

It's a shame they didn't explain in better

It's also worth noting that TIM never actually touched the Artifact himself, he was just affected by grabbing his friend out of its grip.

There is one MAJOR problem that IT needs to overcome before I would consider it.

Vendetta, the Prothean VI, on Thessia when Kai Leng appears it/he states "indoctrinated agents coming" clearly referring to Leng. Now explain how the VI can't tell if Shepard is indoctrinated, but it/he can clearly sense that Leng is. And spare me the notion that it might have been referring to Shepard because it/he ONLY states that when Leng appears and the idea Shepard only get indoctrinated in London, because that then invalidates the entire theory.

Two things... firstly Shepards indoctrination takes a big jump clearly after Harbingers beam... probably being in close vicinity to what is probably the oldest and judging from its firing rate - the most powerful Reaper. Harbinger isn't stated - but is assumed by many to be the leader. This will still be the case if the Catalyst is lying to Shepard as this theory believes. Also - Protheans themselves had huge problems with sleeper agents that betrayed them... and had the seperatists that wanted to control the Reapers much like the Illusive man and the cerberus operatives. So it is quite clear that their VI's are not 100% accurate of they would never have had this problem.

Shepard is still in control up until the the very end when even then he still has some form of hold on things... hence the battle in his mind. Leng is a puppet of TIM - completely rigged the reaper tech and no more individual will outside of his orders from what we see.

You're confusing being subjected to psychological conditioning techniques with being indoctrinated...

in·doc·tri·nate
in·doc·tri·nat·ed, in·doc·tri·nat·ing.

to instruct in a doctrine,  principle, ideology, etc., especially to imbue with a specific partisan or biased belief or point of view.

This is Shepard...

Image IPB

Not Indoctrinated...
Unless you start accepting Reaper doctrine...
Like "You can Control the Reapers" or "A union of flesh and steel is the pinnacle of evolution"

I wish people would stop bringing up the blooming VI. It doesn't call Shep indoctrinated because Shep isn't indoctrinated. Theorists have never said Shep was ever indoctrinated except after choosing control or synthesis.

Exactly this^

And to answer your other question... The Prothean VI's (IIRC) can only detect indoctrination if the subject has been implanted with reaper technology. (Vigil and Saren ME1, Thessia VI and Leng ME3).

Sure, i would dig a second video. Good work on the first. I'm still sitting on the fence with IT, but your first vid made some intriguing points - would like to see more.

How about replacing your talk with subtitles? I'd like to heard the music uninterrupted.

I would watch it the first one was very well made and well put together. I saw some errors in the first part but as has been said no one is perfect and it was entertaining to watch.

Would love to hear your opinion on the variations of the indoc theory actually, I think that'd be a compelling thing to hear you talk about if you were to do a part 2. It would also be better than hearing more of the same thing.

Try and cover every possiblity in it's variation. You can start with versions of IT like this for example. I know there are a lot more versions of the theory out there as well. Not to mention post-ending DLC possibilities and such.

Yeah... lets put that on... the maybe pile!

Anyway if you have enough content to go on, definitely do a part II. But just how much is left to warrant another?

I think it would be an awesome idea, but it seems you've covered almost everything, unless you want to add more things. I sat through the 1 hour and a half easily, so I'm up for some more :)

I'd like to see a follow up but don't make it any longer that 10-15 minutes, you went pretty in depth the first time (a good thing to me) and I think it might have turned some people off from watching the whole thing.

My biggest worry is that people are going to watch THAT video instead, thinking that is what everybody has been talking about, and be all "wtf is this nonsense".

Your input? =]

Easily could make it clear and said at the beginning of the video that this is part 2 and not the main arguments for the IT and refer them to part 1.
