I noticed this last night while finishing a second runthrough. I went back on youtube later and looked at her eyes during different conversations, but i cant really tell if she had them or not, i could only notice this during the squadmate goodbyes. Am i missing something, what do you guys think?

EDIT: when i say "indoctrinated eyes" i mean the eyes the illusive man has, a person who is indoctrination, and the eyes of shepard when he choses Synthesis or Control.

Seriously though, no such thing as indoc eyes. That blueness is indicative of reaper tech, and maybe Eva was based off of Reaper tech like EDI.

Yes, her eyes have the same pattern. You must remember though that she was created using Reaper tech.

well the illusive man had them, and he was indoctrinated, saren had them, and he was indoctrined, shepard has them if you choose blue or green (assuming the IT is true) then he was indoctrinated also. Those were the only people who had that pattern in their eyes before i noticed this

The way I see it, "Indoctrinated" or "husk" eyes are blue with three circles, like dreman9999's sig. Her eyes are grey, and the iris's are shaped like a single... Spoke, or cogwheel... Or a cogwheel with spokes, I dunno..  But it's not one large circle with two smaller ones on the bottom sides of the iris.

Nothing to see here...

Kenson needs shiny blue eyes to complete the cycle as well as the Hanar.

Um... there is such a thing as indoctrinated eyes. The CE Guide specificly has a section devoted to 'its all in the eyes'. Where Bioware details that the eyes of an indoctrinated slave have a particular pattern of 3 orbs surrounding a centric circle. So, yes, you can look at someone's eyes and determine if they are indoctrinated.

There are natural eyes.

There are artificial eyes.

There are indoctrinated people.

There are non-indoctrinated people.

Most (but not all) of the people we know to be indoctrinated had artificial eyes.

Husks get artificial eyes. And artificial limbs. And artificial navels. And artificial lips. They do not get "indoctrinated" eyes, limbs, navels or lips.

EDI has artificial everything.

Don't need a "high quality pic"

It's as plain as day, we can see it clearly from the pics above. 

They are grey... and the iris is cog-like...

I don't think "indoctrinated eyes" works as an identifier when the eyes in question are straight-up made of metal and other synthetics in the first place. Just saying.
