Seems legit, or at least it did when I read these same things like a month ago.

Does anyone else find the idea of a Vorcha Sentinel a little bit much?

Soldier, I don't mind. But Sentinel? Vorcha don't seem like they'd be capable of handling advanced tech beyond grenades/guns or mastering biotics.

Read it. Theyre being trained.

Agreed, vorcha are too dumb to be more than cannon fodder. They will break their omni-tools in seconds.

Its cool, their skillset probably centers around breaking fans anyhow.

I hear the secret to their health regeneration is a steady diet of paint chips and rocks.

Yeah, that's cool and all, but you can only teach something so dumb so much. There's no indication that they've mastered anything close to omnitools or biotics.

Edit: There's no indication they've mastered proper speech even.

Not very exited about the vorcha(they are like the vermin of ME2....) or repeat quarian characters.

I hope the phoenix characters are prothean, if not I hope they are unique and fun in their own way.

I was happy while looking at the first post, then I saw a Bioware post and became sad :(

*Though I wasn't very happy to hear/see the Quarian classes are the exact same classes as we already have. With them we have 4 Quarians and only 2 classes between them, not particularly creative there.

Stop being so racist, bro.

There's smart Vorcha out there, just like how there's Krogan scientists. Not alot, but they're there.

I know rabid packs of wolves are hard to satisfy, but the fact that the game has been out for under 6 months and we are already talking about a second DLC is pretty impressive. There is also single player DLC I assume will be on the way in the future as well. Exciting yes, but the time frame is rather impressive regardless.

@ichiko (phone won't let me quote), the issue is that if the dlc is paid, how do they justify people needing to spend credits to unlock the new characters? That's a double charge, which is a little much. And if it's paid and you DON'T then have to unlock the characters, then the economic model of the store is broken (people who have maxed items still won't have anything to buy).

My guess is it'll be "free" like last time, since if you go by the model the store uses, that's really not free at all.

Well, it's more the fact the current two Quarians are Engineer and Infiltrator... and the supposed Male ones are Engineer's and Infiltrators. If they don't have drastically different abilities then they may as well just have an Appearance toggle XD

Exactly. I will laugh if I see vorcha sentinel, let alone engineer or infiltrator.

You make it sound like tech requires you to have a high mental capacity. It's just a new form of weapon. It's not an IQ test every time you intend to activate any. And it won't be too hard to teach them how to use it. you show them how to use it properly, and then monkey sees and monkey does. You don't need an IQ of over 130 to get one up and running.

Vorcha are not that unintelligent, if they can properly handle rifles, grenades and flamethrowers, then the equivalent of pushing a button is not exactly out of the window. The fact that at least two have been leading the blood pack kind of indicates they have a bit more intelligence than everyone seems to believe. Otherwise, there leaders would always be Krogan.

Garrus remarks that they can be taught calculus or something like that at one point supossedly.
Its simply that nobody is intrested in teaching them anything when they have a 20 year life span.

It will actually most likely be free. BW makes more money from the micro transactions, they know once they release DLC people will buy a ton of PSPs trying to get the new characters/weapons.
