The day is ending in asia, they wont get a store update till their own midnight stikes tommorow.
Tommorow has yet to begin over here, and PSN will have another store update at Noon-PST tommorow if it is a daily thing.

And? It's legit, simply someone from Hong Kong PS Store goofed and uploaded the info too soon. Microsoft did the same with From Ashes. Why would anyone try to deny this is beyond me, this is not some blog, it's an official PlayStation Store

There's no way the DLC will cost anything, so what cash flow?

People will inevitably buy Spectre/Premium Spectre Packs to unlock new stuff faster, especially if they really want to get one of the classes and it still eludes them, much like how I am STILL trying to get a damn Batarian Soldier or my friend Andy is STILL trying to get a Batarian anything.
