I was never a fan of Tali either, for the same reasons you said. She was pretty dull; had little substance.

However, she actually seemed kind of endearing in ME3, with the drunk Tali scene. Or maybe I just related all too well. On that same note, I love the direction they took with Jack's character. I wasn't a massive fan of Jack in ME2, but she was a really interesting character in 3. Also much more endearing. They did a great job writing all the characters in 3, really.

they did improve jack alot but did anyone else think that when she was with shepard like on the dreadnoght when their kinda flirting she seemed alot more mature
