Couldn't disagree more, sure Jacks character wasn't appreciated by everyone in ME2, but i think its safe to say her new look and attitude was popular with the mojority of players in ME3.

That would imply Zaeed would've been a squadmate (he wouldn't have) if Tali wasn't.Eain wrote...
I don't get what there's to like about Tali. Her voice is annoying, she cries like a little girl, you never get to see her face so she's just an emotionless mask that can only make slump her head when she's sad (like a baby or a puppy, maybe that's why people are so easily provoked into sympathy for her). She's annoying as hell.
Worse yet, she takes Zaeed's spot on the team. Get out, Tali.

Weird thing tho, really liked Tali in ME1 and ME2, but in ME3 i find her dull, no offense.

I was all ready to send Liara in the vents, but it turned out she was actually hiding on Ilium.
I could watch her die all Day

I also wish Jack would have been a squadmate in ME3, but why does she have to replace Tali? She's the last member you pick up, iirc. Why not Garrus or Liara, who are both there almost from the very beginning? I've never understood why Garrus is so popular anyway. He was completely forgettable in ME1, slightly less so in ME2.
Just seems weird to single out Tali as the reason Jack got axed. Could easily say it was due to any of the others.

QFT.
Personally speaking, I hardbor much more resentment for having EDI forced into my squad.
Completely useless and silly addition.

But, but Joker likes her new body
Agree with you, it was lame to turn EDI to squadmember. Any ME2 squadmember over EDI imo, yes even that old boring dude named Jacob.
I love EDI as character, but i dislike her as squadmember. Just feels strange imo
oh no Garrus is the man that is why he is so popular sorry lost it but really garrus is the best my opinionjla0644 wrote...

She was not shoved onto you.
- In ME1 you have no choice, you're forced to have her.
- In ME2 if you don't have her you miss a critical ship upgrade and another character dies, ergo, you're indirectly forced to have her.
- In ME3 you get her even auto-selected during two missions.
Besides, the main point is that she was already in three games and now it's time for other characters to get some development instead of keep wasting resources on her.
Says the Liara fan. You're quite bitter aren't you?

This is my head canon now, Tali was devoured by a starving Vorcha after she jumped off that cliff. It's nice to see something is done in behalf of the starving Vorcha!

This thread is so intensely lame. Wow, we are complaining about tali, Tali really? My god don't bring her on missions or don't engage her in conversation. It really is quite the simple work around. Some please lock this thread.

Spoken like a true fan and yet you have no idea what you talking about,
Liara adds nothing to story. Her character is changed in everygame to just keep her in game. In ME3 she offers nothing to story, just useless in Normandy. Would be great to get her help building that magic weapon.
I can agree that we need more content for ME2 squadies but its not Tali's fault, limit Liara's screen time and give some of it for Grunt
