I'm fairly certain my comprehension of English is quite advanced. PM me if you want a rundown of my credentials.

Let me make this easy to understand:

1. You called Liara, not the writer, a "worthless blue b*tch."

2. You then proceeded to claim that you didn't hate her, while saying that your earlier comment was accurate and not just a rage-induced statement.

3. Now you are claiming that you only hate the writer, not her and that she is ok [sic].

See how points 1 and 3 don't really make any logical sense? Also, look at point 2 as well.

I am sorry, but that's as far as I am willing to explain it. If you understand English as much as you claim, you will cease to act like you don't get it.

If you truly don't get it, that's alright. God makes some people ugly, and some others dumb. It's not their fault in either case.

Adorable, no counter argument, just third grade level insults. Well, if I'm dumb, then I guess Mensa Society and a certain Ivy League college really appreciate morons. Strange world out there, I suppose.

And Bill Clinton used to be President of the most powerful country of the world. Your point?

Considering he successfully produced a surplus in the budget and had very high favorability rates, I absolutely love being compared to him.

Wait, I take it you are a Christian fundamentalist conservative, judging based on your attacks on Clinton and your adorable piece of life advice in the previous post. That would explain why I can't seem to convey my message accurately.

I think you're reading too much into what I say. I might just be a random Mass Effect sympathizer spending a hot evening in front of a computer while there isn't much work to do at the office.

Also, I meant to say George Bush, not Bill Clinton. Had a brain short circuit there.

To be honest, I think many of a character´s more avid fans would lash out in defense for said character.
I know, I have lashed out a couple of times on Liara "hate" threads.

I might have lashed out in Tali's defense in one of the Geth vs Quarians debates but that was probably because I was supporting the Quarians.

The general tendency for fan lashout is why I approve of appreciation threads than I want less of this and more of this threads.

Now I remember where I have seen your username before!! LOL:lol:

I hope that's a good thing.

Well, that depends how one looks at it I guess.  As I´ve stated in earlier posts your username seemed familiar to me, but I couldn´t determine exactly which type of threads I have seen it on.

Anyways, it´s just my memory reaching a realisation:)

I agree on the first point.

However, I love this thread. I was hoping that a FB post from one of my religious right friends about gay marriage would cause a firestorm, but it was well reasoned, so this has been a fun exercise.

I can't see the future but I think the future is more hopeful. At least with the scientific literacy of the current generation. I don't know much about the general populace though.

I just wish the general population didn't resort to drolling and watching demagogues preach their opinions and instead went out and formed their own. This is why the world is so backward at times.

Let's get back to the topic.

Yeah, Jack deserves more time, but so does Ashley, Miranda, Kaidan, and to some extent Tali and Garrus (and everyone else, don't bite me). They don't have to take development time from anyone, they just have to add it, and finish a game like it's proper. Like they did with ME2, considered by far the best game of the trilogy.

Where by the way, there wasn't Liara. *hint hint*.

PS: Aria T'loak for Asari squadmate in future DLC!

Oh, I see what you did there, but I´m not biting. Nice try though:P

BTW: Aria T´Loak or Shiala really need to be made squadmates! I don´t care if it´s only for one mission.

See, I can agree she doesn't deserve any more screentime. VS and ME2 squad do, however.

Last game of the series, seems a bit late to replace Tali.

Any way, she's a fan favorite (as is Garrus) that's why they were in all 3 games.

Him and Neil Tyson are my inspirations.

Need to get through my readings though. Almost done with Pale Blue Dot. Going to start on Billions & Billions or Death by Black Hole.

Neil Tyson is one of my personal heros. Brilliant man and actually quite funny when he's with Colbert.

Yeah, Neil makes everything so much easier to understand and comically too. We need more educators like him.

There's still the EC, DLCs, spin offs, etc. Also, she may be the favourite of some fans, but not all, not even the majority of ME fans. It's horribly self-centered trying to force her on others just because you like her.

Resources are finite, so yes, a character that has already been featured in three games will be taking content from others in future releases or DLC.

Like they did with ME2, considered by far the best game of the trilogy.

Ironically Lair of the Shadow Broker was the best part of ME2.

I hope so, but I prefer Shiala.

I like liara but I more than agree all the characters need more dialogue that you can choose from with a dialogue wheel thing not you talk to them and can`t control what you say

That's depressing to be honest, most dialog with my crew was reduced to secondary NPC background banter.

Get a grip, dude, just because I don't like something you seem to like that doesn't mean I don't have the right or the freedom to express my opinion and talk about it. I stand by my words, Tali is boring, dull and already had excessive facetime. Don't like my opinion? well, I'm so sorry about that, but you'll have to deal with it.

Yhm. Allers is boring, stupid and why-the-hell is-she-in-the-game-anyway?, Vega is midless idiot, Liara got pushed by BW as ME3 "main" LI and still does not cut it for me, EDI is a nudist, Garrus started a degree in philosophy, Ash is still dumb, Kadian is still boring.

Image IPB

Can somebody close this thread? LI discussion forums got shot down and acutally worth a lot less thread like this still stands?
