Yes, exactly. Not everyone can be good (people who are too young/too old/disabled/not having time to really dedicate themselves/people who simply don't care about stuff like that). Surprising, isn't it? You have neither right or ability to make them change that, so stick to private games - your game = your rules - public game = Bioware's rules.

I recently outscored a bronze lobby by 10K with a level 1 Asari Adept with a carnifex 6

sometimes if I want to try a new weapon I try it out in bronze before I take it to silver or gold. i know that sounds odd seeing as how enemies in silver or gold are much tougher but it's more about the feel of the weapon and whether or not I can get a rhythm down between powers and shots pulls off...

 OP, you just don't get it. Some people who play bronze with level 20 characters AREN'T EXPERIENCED ENOUGH FOR SILVER. I don't know how else to stress this. Just because a character is level 20 doesn't make it an automatic god. If you don't know how to use the character then it's rendered fairly useless. You're so intent on seeing high level characters in higher difficulties that you seem oblivious to the person controlling the character. Why would you want people in silver and up who have no clue what they're doing? Besides you do still get kills, and if you're just trying to level your character you shouldn't complain too much because you're out of bronze fairly quickly anyway.

As for people who do go for bronze and have the skills to do higher difficulties, it may be for quick credits or screwing around with a friend. There's no way to tell, but you're going to have to suck it up if you do run into this "problem" on a regular basis.

I play gold all the time. You obviously play bronze with a lvl 20 so you must not be that good in gold.

Personally I don't care but based on experience using a LV 20 I have searched Silver and ended up in a bronze game that was 3 wave's+ underway, at the same time today with a LV 1 Engineer searching Bronze I ended in in Wave 2 of a gold and I felt really bad as I could not do a thing
