   I remember what Javik told me about it on the Normandy and I laugh when some people think such a choice is going turn out in favor of organics.  Synthesis is clearly a lie.  If you don't have the From Ashes DLC, then get it and listen to what Javik has to say about it.

  Also, as a bonus, remember what he says about Legion... and how you should throw the machine out the airlock.  He warns you not to listen to the machines.  I've got to give Javik some credit, because while he was old school and imperialistic, he was a wise Prothean.

I was wondering the same thing. I made peace between geth and quarians but after that choice I began to wonder... did I really make the right choice. Maybe Javik is right, considering he is a realist and as you said, wise.
