Once I finish Origins I will start playing awakening. I'd love to see Vigilence and the Commander Armour as it should be. To my knowledge the only way to get it to work is by disabling Warden's Keep. I have no problems with loosing the power of blood skills but will this effect my choices from the DLC itself? I noticed in Dragon Age 2 that Hawk finds Avernis's research notes and I'm hoping that will play a bigger part in Dragon Age 3. So in a nutshell my question is this. Will deleting Warden's Keep after I finish Origins but before I start Awakening effect the choices I have made in the Warden's DLC keep itself?

There shouldn't be any reason why deleting Warden's Keep will have an effect on the plot flags in the save file, unless you tinker around with the save file (and that's assuming it's easily done on the 360).
And whether the choices made in that will import properly, if it is one of those decisions that will import into DA3, is another matter; especially seeing how many DA decisions didn't get imported correctly into DA2.
