I had to go to the forgot password page and have it reset for me even tho I had not forgot the password it refused to let me login

I've tried on Google Chrome and Safari and getting the same error message. Why is it always a saga to buy these things?

I got the error when I added it to the cart but if you then go directly to checkout it's there.

Same here.  Tried Firefox, Chrome, and IE with no luck.  Also cleared cookies and history.  Blah

But the error appears to be "random". So my way may not work...

Logging in the normal way doesn't work.

Instead.

- Add it to your cart.
- Checkout
- You get an alternate way to login

If you're international beware it doesn't choose the correct shipping option this way. Instead add another item and it will allow you to change your shipping qoute.

I got one in my basket and I entered all my details and submitted but no joy. Same error message.
