Catamantaloedis is actually the Roman Emperor Caligula.
If I was any figure from Rome, I would easily be Caesar. He greatly extended Roman civilization, and killed and enslaved many brutes in the process.
However, had I been Augustus during the Late Empire, I would have drived the Germans and their pursuers back to the steppes of Asia.

You support the people who couldn't do anything successfully besides rebuild the Normandy and Shep? I mean at least in ME2 they may have been failing epically, but they at least didn't handicap humankind. In ME3 they turned their own people into HUSKS pretty much. Yeah, no. I'm sorry sir, you are trolling. You have been trolling for awhile now.
Good day sir!

It's only because they are the brave few who are able to do what is necessary to secure humanty's place in the sun. Instead, the uneductaed, visionless majority would prefer to cede the power which humanity is most suited to wield. They are fools, and should be killed just as the Krogan and Geth deserve.

"Most suited to wield"? Do you know history my friend? Those who generally seek power are those WHO SHOULD NOT WIELD IT! Which is why I was mad when my choice to destroy the Collector Base got nullified because I didn't think TIM could be trusted with it, and lo, he proved it.
Plus, Humanity can still have it's place without huskifiying every living being under TIM's rule and destroying everyone else. It's called sharing.
I opposed Cerberus in ME1, I grudgingly worked together with them in 2, then I stole all thier nice stuff and killed 90% of them in ME3. The only way it could get better is if I could've stabbed TIM like his luetenant bastard Kei Leng.

TIM proved himself to be the only person who could wield that power by pushing it towards its full potential. Someone else would have gotten it wrong.

No reason to kill every race when they can be lowered to the status of vassals to their human lords.

A whole galaxy was shouting at him causing him to believe that his rational actions were evil. A man can only take so much universal criticism before he begins to doubt himself. The only sad part, is that the Illusive Man was so close. Literally, a few feet from ascending humanity from the pits to the command of the universe.
Good thing my Shepard eventually chose the correct choice.

If humanity has the ability to take become the lords of the galaxy, then that chance should be seized without hesitation. Do you doubt that the Asari, Turians(who have an empire of lower, client races), or Salarians(who made the Krogan their slaves) would do the same?
