I spoke to customer support yesterday via chat who told me to basically hang tight as these packs are still getting to everyone, but I'm worried mine will not be recieved.  Right around the time of this announcement I turned off the option to "upload data to bioware" thinking this might increase my connection speed.  I had no idea that it was required to play the weekend events and the description of the option makes it sound pretty mundane... just that it uploads user data to help them fix bugs or something.  

Anyways, I think I did not recieve the packs because of this stupid mistake wich I fixed when I learned about it in the middle of operation silencer.  Am I doomed to never get my N7 weapons for the events none of us participated in because while I wasn't participating I was also not uploading data about not participating?

I just spoke with bioware customer support who asked me to post in the forums. Can a dev please check this post and tell me if there is anything to do?

I turned off the "upload gameplay feedback to bioware" option just before the release of the packs was announced as it didn't say anything about participating in events in the description of the option. I'm really bummed that I'm missing out on two bonus weapons because I clicked in option that didn't actually explain it's purpose.

Can anyone lend me guidance? At least if a dev tells me that's why it happened and there is no way for someone to fix it in my account I can let it rest, sadly, in peace.
