I was so happy that I finally finished my first Gold Mission ^^. However, when I went to go purchase my packs, it said something about the transasction or something could not be transferrred. When I went to do it again it said the same thing. When I went to log on the following morning, it took the credits but did not give me my spectre pack.

Just go to EA Help center and speak with their staff.I got the same problem.

Agreed.... All they said was "Multiple users are experiencing the same problems.....
Later in the week they told me "This case has been closed".......... what a useful group of people -__-
