Because I know for a fact that it's bugged on the console. I can't get Shaperate's Blessing at all.
The codex points to the contrary, and says that I've been rewarded with the Blessing of the Shaperate to wield and stuff, but I receive no item/reward for the 6x that I've succesfully completed "Golem Registry".
Did anyone manage to obtain Shaperate's Blessing? Or is it bugged on the PC as well?
