Why there is so much Liara here on BSN?
Well, for the same reason there is so much hate on the endings. It affected our story negatively, and we as fans typically want to talk about things we enjoyed and things we did not appreciate.
As far as I'm concerned, she wasn't a ME3 squadmate, she was more like pseudo-protagonist.
Also, I love it when Liaramancers enter these threads and go like "what? there wasn't too much Liara!" lol, yeah I wonder why you think that...

Yep, I'll never understand this. After every mission:

*Goes into Liara's cabin.*

To all you non Liara lovers out there. I feel for ya. If only BioWare would do something about it. I am 100% positive they won't though.

To be fair, Garrus wound up getting delegated the role of default best friend, too, which can also be irksome if you were never fond of him.

The his dream of dreams came true when he was able to weasel his way into the leader writer job after Drew quit. Taking advantage of his no role he gave his wafiu her own comic and DLC. Then in ME3 to the detriment of other characters gave her a massive role in the game.
Mac is so in love with his Mission replacement that he cannot imagine that anyone would not love her. Giving her 4 mandatory missions and 3 unavoidable bedroom visits. Even now Mac thinks everyone is in love with Liara as much as he is and will spend every waking hour faping to her.

It's not that I mind Liara there. The only part I mind about it is that there was quite a bit that objectively should have been "generic LI" material that wound up being delegated to Liara.

I liked having Garus as my best bud. I had a friend like him when I was in the Marines. So that is one part I really enjoyed about the friendship with Garus lol.

Because Liara is awesome. She is a well fleshed out character with growth through all 3 games and is multidimensional giving us a glance into the complexities such a long lived race would exhibit. Also, she's cute and ... dangerous. I wish we got to see her ****** though. Peas.
This.

Oh, I love Garrus, too. But after hearing some people point it out, I had to re-examine things and be intellectually honest.
And between Garrus and Liara, my own LI got little screen time even though he was on the ship and I'd been forced to wait for an entire game to reknew the romance. All things considered, I'd rather sacrifice Liara's extra screentime for my LI to get some extra time.
