There's some vendors in the game with infinite craftable materials. I won't say which, since that's spoiler territory, but they do exist.
Potions make this game too easy.

If you see a craft item stock count of 99 units available, that's a vendor that has an infinite supply of that item. To my knowledge, there's no one vendor that has all craft items like that - the specific materials are spread across multiple vendors.

If you can't answer that question, then I can only presume that it's *not* any more fun and therefore that "game-imposed stopwatches" are not an appropriate solution to your issue.
