If you are nice to her she doesn't say that too you. Or even better, you don't even have to shoot her at all if you have a high enough paragon/renegade score. And how dare you say you wished you would have saved kaiden, that's blasphemy!!!
I've always wanted to save Kaiden, he's just overall a cooler guy but I decided not to again because of Ashley's age. Also, it didn't even give the option, she must really had hated me even though I saved her live, romance her, saved the galaxy twice....garrusfan1 wrote...

She doesn't doubt you the whole time on Mars. There's 2 conversations on the subject and one of them isn't even accusatory. Then in the first convo in the hospital, she says "You're not with Cerberus anymore. Case closed. Full stop." and then doesn't mention it at all in the rest of the visits. Her fears are raised again when Shepard prances into the room in the middle of a Cerberus attack, and points his gun at a councillors skull, but if you've been understanding of her concerns throughout the game, it's extremely easy to talk her down.
