Sometimes you have to get your hands dirty to achieve great goal. For example, I have not let David Archer into the Grissom Academy. He would be of a much better use for Humanity if he would continue taking part in VI improvement program. Also, I killed Mordin, because genophage should have stayed. Or keeping Collector's base. Not a "good" actions by general definition, but neccessary. Someone has to get the job done.

No, that's purely what you think is the right course of action, followed by the imagined consequence. None of those actions are necessary.
You have no way of knowing for certain that someone or something will benefit anyone or everyone in a specific way prior to making that choice.
It's the point behind not having the "best" choice available.
Which is why I personally think the Synthesis ending falls flat on its ass.

Not if the means invalidate the end.
I need to preserve humanity, to do this I will effectively enslave and forcibly implant human civilians to fight against the one man who can save the galaxy.

Oh?
You mean the guy that ditchs Femshep right after she's jailed for a random scientist to impregnate within 6 months of meeting?
How human.
And let's have a look at mah man Garrus's accomplishments.
1. Was only investigator working on a case against Saren.
2. Getting fired didn't stop him, he joins Shepard's crew and helps the galaxy.
3. Becomes 'Archangel', a vigilante operating in Omega who helps the common folk of the station against the hopelessly corrupt hierarchy.
4. In ME3, spends his time supporting Shepard and helping with the wounded wherever he can.
Case closed, ****.

I want to be independent from aliens, so that's why I'm going to conduct experiments and operations that are dependent on their technology.

Took the words clean out of my mouth. The level of hypocrisy is astounding. This has to clinch it, either this guy is a monumental troll, or a reaaaaallly stupid bigot who can't see the irony of what he just said.
EDIT: In fact with some tweaking...

You are implying me? In this case you are wrong. My way of thinking is not hostile at all, unlike horde of alien sympathisers.

So to make sure I've got this right your rebuttal here boils down to "I know you are but what am I?"

Of course it is not. Aliens are fictional and I am real, so being agressive towards me is hostile, while being anti-alien is ok.

We should just write this guy's name in the dictionary where it says 'hypocrisy' and be done with it.

Are you sure this line of reasoning is worth pursuing since the last time it lead to you condoning child rape?
