----- Real solutions in place for poverty
----- A truly fair and circumspect justice system
----- Balance between their needs and the needs of their worlds and environments

The good news is that they have long since out-evolved primitive mindsets like "racism" or the need to dominate other sentient species, so they will welcome us with open arms as we attempt to join their society and superior race.

And after centuries pass, there won't be "humanity" anymore, just some aliens with vaguely human-like features.
